Ordered via their app today because my maintenance medicines were out-of-stock in our city. The app was a little big buggy and slow so I ordered more than what I needed. There was no cancel button so I called their care hotline and they told me that another person will call me, and I can cancel my order with them

After 1 hour of ordering, Ms. Gab called me confirming my order. I told her I would like to cancel because I messed my order up. However, she said that she can edit my order instead. She was very helpful and the rest of the transaction was very smooth.
