I would send an inquiry through the messenger account provided, to save time, but unfortunately, no one answers. No one bothers to check your inquiry either. So, you have to take time and go to their office and ask. And you will be referred to check the site instead or ask the engineer there. Today, Dec. 9, me and my husband went there. Wasted more than hour in traffic, 500 pesos taxi fare, only to be refused entry because they released a new pass. And, our pass is no longer valid. No one in their office advised that there is a new pass. No email, no calls, nada, zero. There's no validity date in the pass either. So, I told guard Andrino, if we can walk and let the taxi wait outside and someone can come with us. Nope, still refused. Presented our IDs to make sure we are human beings, nope, still refused. He said go to the office on Monday and get a new pass. Yes, because no one bothers to update their client and it's our fault. Always wasting time and money and agonising. You feel pissed and stressed out and anxious. Unbelievable!
