Iloilo's contribution to a modern township. It has residential condos, restaurants and coffee shops, and an upscale mall that attracts a trendy crowd. I'm attaching an old photo of the grassland where Megaworld stands now.

Located in Iloilo City, this area, also called their Business District, impresses! Despite lacking the tall buildings, the place gives a BGC vibe - a well-planned and mapped out space for businesses and supporting establishments/services within walking distance of each other. What it gets even better is a view of the sea from even just the 2nd floor of the mall.

Its the best place in iloilo to visit its chill and fun its aesthetic to capture your image we often hangout there. theres a mall called festive walk and its the best mall in iloilo city definitely recommend going there!

It's amazing, new place, clean, organized, it's really thus place is different than any place in iloilo, safe, there is a lot of security, there is a lot of restaurants and different food, there is many of coffee shops and all are really good, there is cars parking, level one, level two, level three and level four. Very nice place look like Markit, you can bring your family 👪 and children and spend good time.

Superb, a lot of choices from Food, To Museum

Its a business district so you can find a lot of BPO Offices, Hotel, Condominiums, clinics, restaurants(korean, japanese) high end supermarket (Market Place). There is also a transport hub for air con bus, jeepney, taxis. It is nice especially at night, well maintained landscape and also clean street.

The roads are better and wide. Good variety of places to stay. The lanterns are lovely. It is a nice and (sort of) quiet area in iloilo.

Got everything I needed so far but occasionally smell septic waste in certain areas which is disappointing.

Mega world is the business center in Iloilo City...tall buildings and condos sprouted like mushrooms and if you are a new comer , you will be overwhelmed of the development that is happening in Iloilo..

This is a world-class mall, comparable to malls in the U.S. In fact, once you set foot in it, you'd think you're in the US because it's clean and of US standards. There are shops galore. The movie theaters are top notch and are showing the latest American movies. There are plenty of restaurants. And, of course, there is a Starbucks. Worth visiting.
