Shangri-La Boracay

Great views overlooking the sea and location is phenomenal but the sand is not powdery as Station 1. Otherwise, great service and rooms are impeccably clean. I love how secluded it is from the rest of Boracay. If you like your vacation to be quiet and secluded from the crowds, this is a great place to stay. It’s a one stop shop hotel. I wish they offer “everything is included” like the Caribbean resorts. It would have been a great value.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. They offered private transportation with AC, and a private speedboat to the island. Their staff took care of everything we needed during our stay. Their staff were so attentive to us, and emailed us even months before to prepare for our stay. They prepared our rooms beautifully and even surprised us with little birthday cakes which were really thoughtful. We got a room with ocean view, it honestly wasn't much ocean haha.. but it was still beautiful. They serve you welcome drinks and fresh cold towel upon arrival and at check out.

My family's favorite place!! Every time we go here, the service is excellent and we always have a great time.

The views from the room were so beautiful and peaceful. We love it that it's quiet here so you can hear nature - the waves, the birds, etc.

It's very child-friendly. They will give a potty, bottle cleaner, and a stool upon request. They have cute child-sized robes and slippers. My toddler loved Adventure Zone and all the activities, like cupcake making. My toddler was super excited about the donut wall too.

I love having breakfast here. I guess if I were to improve anything, it would be the lunch/dinner food from the restaurants. I think they're too expensive for the quality and taste. But there were some delicious items like the French onion soup at Rima.

I miss this place already. We'll be going back!

This resort is a gem and the most upscale in Boracay. It is a 15 min shuttle ride away from the busy area with restaurants, shopping and nightlife. If you are looking for a more quiet and secluded place with private and semi-private beaches, this is the place.
The resort has its dedicated airport pickup and drop-off, adding to its exclusivity.
The spa is nicely situated and was not busy when I stayed here in March.
The pool villa i occupied was one of the best ever and could warrant a repeat visit.
Only the food is a bit average for my palette.

Customer Service at its finest! Always pleasant and helpful. Food is always great. Cielo Poolside Restaurant has generous servings - one order is good for two if you have small appetite. Location is far from the center of Boracay thus, allowing you to enjoy the beach by yourself. They have scheduled van transfer if you want to visit Station 2 or you may take tricycle. The room is very clean, and cozy. They always make up/clean our room.

Our experience at Shangri-La Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were transported to a paradise-like setting. The magnificent facility, with its impeccably manicured gardens and well-maintained buildings, created an atmosphere of pure bliss. While our room was very good, we did notice that the bathroom could benefit from some updating. However, the soft pillows and comfortable king bed made up for any minor inconveniences. Throughout our 7-day stay, we were constantly in awe of the beauty and tranquility that surrounded us. It was truly a mind-blowing experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. It's not just the grounds, architecture and amenities.. It's the people. The service is absolutely impeccable. It is very difficult to match their level of attention or to find a single mistake at Shangri La Boracay.

Always a pleasant and special experience whenever we visit Shangri-La Boracay. The service is always friendly and genuine. The food is delicious. The property has aged very well considering last we were here was ten years ago and it still just as charming as our last visit.

Loved this place. It’s very impressive resort and everyone is very friendly. Had two massages and they were fantastic. The water and beach are really clean. Only drawback with the beach is you had to pay for non-motorised equipment. Food was great and breakfast had lots of selection to satisfy and taste. Highly recommend staying. If you want to head into town - there is a resort shuttle that drops off and picks up to Station 2.

Our stay at Shangri-La Boracay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views. The resort's luxurious amenities, pristine beach, and lush surroundings created a truly serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The dining options were outstanding, offering a diverse selection of delicious cuisine. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination. We can't wait to return and experience its beauty once again. One of the highlights of our experience was an incredible tour of the island with Reyden. Reyden was amazing! Super personable and pleasant to talk to. A massage at the spa is also a must! Never had a massage in such a beautiful and calming environment. Marife was simply perfect and the Filipino massage with banana leaves was definitely 10/10.

This is my third time at Shangri-La Boracay, and it always amazes me. The resort alone is spectacular paradise, but what truly stands out are the people. They are polite, always smiling, accommodating, and provide excellent service.

I want to especially commend Mikka from the front office for always recognizing us and being so thoughtful. Thank you for being one of a kind.

The location is a beach lover's paradise. The hotel is beautiful, large, with excellent amenities. The on-site restaurants offered diverse menus and morning buffet was incredible. The pool area and beach area were another highlight - service ensured that we were well taken care of.

We had a pleasure of staying in a Seaview Suite and our suite was impeccably clean, specious, comfortable and nicely designed. We loved waking up to the views of the sea, enjoying a cup of coffee on the specious balcony and having drinks in the jacuzzi at night.

The customer service was fun and professional with the staff being super friendly.

The highlight of the stay was truly the location, to run on the clean white beaches and swim in the clear waters full of beautiful fish each morning is something we will both miss.

Everything about our recent vacation was perfect. The resort, the accommodations , the food, especially the hospitality of the staff. We were first greeted and assisted by Esther who was very helpful and accommodating regarding the check-in process. it’s impressive that she even gave us some tips on what activities we can do and some souvenir tips despite her being relatively new in the area as well. Emmanuel of Vintana Cafe was very accommodating and friendly to us as if we’re his own personal guests. Vann of Cielo was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining to us the menu and what we can try as first time visitors. He was also very attentive to our needs so even if we didn’t get the spot we liked (near the band), we didn’t mind because we still got the best service. Friendel of Punta Bunga beach was very friendly, informative and reliable as he led our Hobbie Cat sailing activity. Cath of the breakfast buffet was very attentive to our needs. The buggy drivers are also kind and accommodating. Overall, we are impressed with the resort, the amenities(entertainment area, pool, beach) the food (especially the breakfast buffet), and most of all the people and their service that made our vacation memorable. If there’s anything we think can be improved will be the older facilities that may need refurbishing. Nevertheless, everything was great. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely perfect! Best holiday we’ve had in so long!
From the moment you arrive at the airport, there’s not much you have to think about and it’s pure bliss from there on. They pick you up and bring you straight to the resort via a private Shangri-la ferry. You’re then greeted by welcoming drummers and buggies drive you to check-in. If you stay in a villa, your butler greets you and drives you straight to your villa to check you in there!! The staff in general are all incredible. They always go out of their way to make sure you are having the best time, and so kind and genuine. The villa butler staff in particular are next level! They just would always somehow find us wherever we were throughout the day to check in on us! Shout out to Norlyn who was our usual butler and so attentive and just a wonderful guy!
We stayed in a treehouse villa and it had the most stunning views. The entire property is gorgeous though! It’s the biggest and most luxurious place on Boracay; it’s on a whole other level!
They’ll arrange all sorts of activities for you if you like and you can take a shuttle or taxi into the town which is also super fun for nights out! But it’s also so wonderful just to totally relax and chill at the resort. They have 2 beaches (one which is completely private), a big pool with a bar with more fun tiki cocktails than you can dream of, a spa that looks like a resort of its own, great restaurants, and so many more incredible amenities.
If you’re debating booking this place, just do it! The only thing you’ll regret is when you have to leave!

It was all worth it. Expensive but the experience is heartwarming. All the staff are friendly, the premier sea view room is superb. Food was great as well as all amenities.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Sha-ring La in Boracay!

From the moment we reached the airport, private shuttle bus, registration area, and boat are ready to take you to the hotel.

Food, service, and ambiance were top notch. Breakfast was amazing with great variety. Lunch/dinner/drinks were surprisingly reasonably priced. All other amenities were amazing including the gym, beautiful grounds and pool, and private beach.

This is def a relaxing hotel, downtown Boracay with more action is a 300 pesos ride about 10 min away. Big shout out to Jacinth and the rest of the staff for making out trip so memorable !
