Booked Teko for AC cleaning for our window-type inverter. They were able to clean the unit well and they didn’t make a mess and they work quietly. The technician and his assistant arrived a bit later than the 1 hr ETA but he courteously explained and apologized their delay. Hopefully this kind of service will be consistent.

Teko is like Grab for booking technicians. The service was very efficient and had high value for money compared to other AC cleaning services. Pull-down cleaning service for a window-type inverter AC is typically ₱1,500. I paid ₱450 less and they provided an e-receipt.

Booking the cleaning service appointment was very easy, and even though I booked at 10:30pm on a Saturday, I was able to get an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I immediately got a confirmation text and email from Teko, and the technician texted to confirm the appointment.

The technicians they sent were pros and educated me on proper maintenance of my AC. Shout out to Jose and Aurelio. It only took about 20 minutes to thoroughly clean my AC.

As per our experience, compared to previous technicians (we’ve had about 3 cleaning sessions done for 5 AC units within the past year), only RJ and Kim thoroughly cleaned our AC units. They took out and cleaned every piece possible with soap and pressure washer (vs before they did not disassemble the units and they did not use soap either). RJ and Kim dedicated about 1hour cleaning per AC unit vs previous technicians who only used about half the time. I’m really happy with RJ and Kim’s service. We hope to get them again in the next round of cleaning. Kudos to their excellent service.

First time using their service and I am impressed of how early they arrived. I know they dispatched early so that's one good point for them! The technician was okay. He is courteous and kind as well as his assistant. They even wiped the water that came out spilling from the AC to my bed deck. AC was thoroughly cleaned from the dirts and mold-buildups. My only problem was that, the AC was a bit placed forward when they returned it to the slot. Plus, one of the screws fell off (maybe due to it being loose already or I don't know), so I was shocked when the AC cover moved after I tried to adjust the control to switch it to a higher cooling level. I am just worried of what will it be in the next few days if I won't be able to find a replacement screw. My only concern is..they should've informed me about the cover and the screw. But in general, they were great! Only did the whole process for about 45 minutes! Thanks!
