Philhealth Local Health Insurance Office

Located in the second floor, transactions are done in minutes upon submission of required documents such as photocopy of valid ID and other proof of identity, eg certificate of birth/marriage, together with the properly filled-out form/s handed out by the customer assistant. Queueing is fast and personnel are all helpful and accommodating. Health protocols are also observed. Limited free parking slots available. Convenience store, photocopying service and comfort rooms are found in the ground floor of the building.

The place is nice and the guard beside 7-11 is nice too. They have photocopy services at the building and if you are looking for an ATM they have it at 7-11. LBP ATM that don't charge BDO cards for withdrawal. Fast transactions were done compared to before that when you go to one government office it. Will take you the whole day before you get done. Good thing we have satellite offices now.

Requirements needed when applying for membership in Philhealth. They say don't issue ID anymore because of National ID

The line is long but the move is good that it will take less than 2 hours in the line. The process inside the office is quite fast like less than 15 minutes.

Good location for people who have difficulties going to PhilHealth Sta Lucia Branch Office.

I spent only almost an half hour waiting and processing my query.

Tyagaan lang sa parking pag may dala kang karu, pag motor nman eh sa basment ang parking nila. May self declared parking attendant nmang mag aassist syo, kayo na bahala kay kuya and dont worry kasi hindi naman sya demanding.
Ok syatema nila, simula ka sa guard at sya magsasabi sa kung ano at saan ang next step mo kaya makinig maigi kasi madaming nagtatanong skanya. Fill up ka ng form from kuya guard then pila ka sa parang info desk na magbibigay ng number para sa kaukulang specific transaction mo. Abangan sa monitor ang numero mo at kung saang counter ka pupunta. Ganun lang kabilis, pero mga nasa 15 mins lang yung inantay ko.
Hindi pa sila tumatanggap ng payment para sa next years contribution kasu mukang magtataas na nman sila ey.
May 711 nman sa ibaba at yung karenderya, may mga maming gala din sa magkabilang side dahil tapat lang ito ng skwelahang STI.

Mababaet ung guard bibigyan ka Nila Ng info Sa Kung AnoNG dapat mong GAWEN Yan ung napuna KO Sa kanila .... Maayos dito tsaka malinis din...

Mabilis ang queueing. Very effective and mababait ang staff nila. 👍 Nasa 40+ din bago ung number ko pero I only waited 15 mins
