Beautiful subdivision - secure and orderly. Our homeowner friend invited us to the Club House, and there is a swimming pool with separate area for kids, a tennis court, and a basketball court. The place also offers sweeping views of the city. Lovely!

Vista Grande is nice subdivision with guards at both entrances but its not totally secure in the rear area. There are streets that the next barangay or squatter people can easily walk or drive into the subdivision. Homeowners need barbwire fencing and bars on windows to be close to 100% secure feeling.
