Henann Crystal Sands Resort

A really good huge hotel resort located right on an amazing beach with crystal clear water. Our bedroom was really nice, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the breakfast room had great views of the beach and the water. The staff was lovely and very attentive and the swimming pools were also great. You can also have massages right by the pools or in the bedrooms for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we stepped onto the pristine white sands leading to the Henann Crystal Sands Resort, we knew our 8-day stay was going to be spectacular. Nestled in the heart of Boracay, this resort is a gem that boasts not just one, but two stunning pools to choose from. The rooftop pool, in particular, provided a luxurious escape with panoramic views that made each sunset an unforgettable experience – arguably the best on the island.

What truly set Henann Crystal Sands Resort apart was the top-notch service delivered by its remarkable staff. The team’s attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. They consistently went above and beyond, ensuring our needs.

Wonderful resort. Very convenient location. The airport transfers were made easy by their team.

We spent a long time just hanging in the sky pool and ordering drinks. The beach is just right there though. It was a little crowded at sunset. But the rest of the time the beach was very chill. It's also right next to D'Mall which is great for other dinner options and souvenirs.

The house keeping staff were really nice and took care of us well. They wrote us a very cute Christmas message.

Awesome hotel, nothing to fault at all. Really comfortable beds, fantastic location, great buffet and even better with the nicest staff in the world. Heidi was fantastic leading the buffet breakfast every morning and making everyone feel so welcome! Will definitely be coming back!

Decent size rooms.. Very comfortable beds and their pillows are to die for. Best pillows my head has ever laid on.

Great location also..the beach at the door step. If you don't feel like going out to the beach. They have a roof top pool that over looks the nice white sandy beach.

But my review is for my stay there back in February 2020. It was super luxurious, that’s the summary of it. Too luxurious that when my sister and I returned to the hotel after a short walk on the beach, the security guard told us that it was for in-house guests ONLY.

How dare he assumed - Oops!

Well, he didn’t think that we were hotel guests, of course, we didn’t look rich at all. 😂 Well, I did notice that most of their guests were foreigners.

I would have complained with the hotel management for the discriminatory action of their security personnel, but I was too happy about my Boracay holiday with my sister so I was not gonna let that incident spoil our vacation.

It would help though if the Henann management would ensure that their staff and personnel are properly trained as to how to handle such situations with grace, so as not to embarrass or offend their guests.

Local tourists can definitely afford their rates, too, huh.

Anyway - the rooms, the cafe breakfast, the view, the pools - I’d give them all a 5.

Perfect location on the beach, close to great placea to eat, great service and on-site ammenities. All the staff is super nice, breakfast buffet is very varied and great tasting. Atrongly recommended!

After travelling around the Philippines for almost 4 weeks and staying in over 8 hotels this was our last stop before travelling back home to the UK…Finally a hotel with a hot power shower, air con that’s cold, powerful but most importantly quiet, super fast wifi that covers the whole hotel (including the rooms, restaurants and pool area) and doesn’t cut out and an excellent breakfast buffet included in the price. I was starting to think the above did not exist in the Philippines.. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the sky pool has excellent views of the sunset and the beach.

We loved it there. Great place to stay. 3 min walk to DMALL, great food, great service, very clean rooms, great pool, beach front location, airport to location back and fort service (for a price) and so much more.

We had a wonderful stay at Henann Crystal Sands Hotel Resort, which is located in the popular strip of Station 1 in Boracay Island. Simply one of the best hotel in Boracay! The resort has 188 world-class rooms, two swimming pools and one upper deck pool. It is the perfect place to see the sunset in Boracay when you go to their upper deck pool! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and complimentary toiletries. The resort also offers free breakfast, free parking, free high speed internet and free diving.

The resort is situated in close proximity to everything from the local shopping area, multiple gastronomic places and just minutes away from both Station 1 and 3. I enjoyed exploring the island and its attractions, such as White Beach, Epic Boracay (Nightclub) and D’Mall. The resort staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. They are well versed in hospitality!!

The resort has a modern coastal cuisine offering international signature dishes that I loved. I especially enjoyed the seafood buffet at their restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious and varied.

Overall, I had a great experience at Henann Crystal Sands Hotel Resort overlooking Boracay. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay that made me want to come back again. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a beachfront accommodation in Boracay Island.

7 Hennan Resorts. According to the locals this one is the best, and most popular. We did not stayed in this resort, for my personal motive to spend more time on the beach. What we did was try out their seafood dinner buffet, and we were delighted. Desirable spread of various seafood, roasting, dimsum and some japanese. Impressive actually. Staff members are professional and friendly. Worth giving it a try.

Hennan Crystal Sands Resort provided an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. The breakfast and dinner buffets were nothing short of fabulous, offering a diverse selection of delicious food. The resort's long zig-zag pool in the breezeway and the infinity pool were both stunning and provided a perfect way to relax and soak in the sun.

One standout aspect of our stay was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our time at the resort. Their exceptional service meant that we were so content within the resort that we didn't feel the need to venture outside very much, as everything we needed was conveniently close by.

Overall, our time at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort was truly memorable and we eagerly anticipate our return.

We had such a wonderful 5 days vacation here at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort Hotel. We tried their deluxe and premier room and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Their staff and service was top notch. Very attentive to our requests and friendly. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes and food was delicious. Location is also perfect because it's just a few meters away from D'mall and the beach was just right in front of the hotel. Overall we would like to come back and stay for a few days again because we had so much fun.

Completed my Boracay birthday bash by dining at Sapphire by Henann Crystal Sands. Seafoods available were either steamed or with flavors. Aside from seafoods, there were also other choices like sushi, maki, soup, pizza, nachos, other Filipino viands, and a lot more. Of course, there's also room for desserts. Too bad I didn't get leche flan haha A bit disappointed with the steak because it's a bit difficult to chew. Hope you can improve this. But overall, food was delicious. Also, Rizalyn attended to each of our requests promptly. :) The singers were also good. Thank you everyone for singing for me on my birthday. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Henann Crystal Sands Boracay, and I must commend the impeccable service of the room attendants, Rowel and Ana. Their attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of my room exceeded all expectations.

Not only did they ensure everything was in perfect order each day, but their friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more memorable. In a world where genuine hospitality is hard to find, Rowel and Ana are true gems. I strongly believe that such exceptional talent should be recognized and promoted.

Kudos to both for making my experience at Henann Crystal Sands truly exceptional!

We had an incredible experience with our stay with Henan Crystal Sands Resort Hotel. Great location, food and staffs!

I haven't been in this place though as a stay in guest. But, I was able to try their buffet dinner. And it was great! 👌The food selection was excellent and just add a little bit, you can avail of unlimited drinks. Bang for the buck 👍

Of all the hotels and resorts we've tried in Boracay, this is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, the breakfast buffet is awesome, everything is kids-friendly, friendly staff, clean, and properly maintained. I love their pool on the second floor too with the mini bar, the pool here is overlooking the beautiful beach of Boracay. Also, it's near D'Mall. Super perfect location and very accessible!
