Paradise Garden Resort Hotel & Convention Center Boracay

Had a 5-night stay here. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. Place is clean and relaxing. Access to different pools. Can always request for clean towels and sheets. 3-5 mins walk to the beach. Some rooms have bathtubs and some have none. There is an umbrella, hangers, flashlight & safe inside the closets. There is a fee for borrowing extra dinnerware. The breakfast buffet is good and area is closer to the beach than the rooms. Overall, had a very good experience here.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from Boracay's beautiful sandy beaches and souvenir shops. The room was good, and the staff was exceptional. However, the food could be improved. 👌🏻

I had the best experience of staying there at the hotel. I didn't feel anything uncomfortable with cleanliness and asking help from workers there

The room was nice and very clean. The staff are courteous. The surrounding is perfect for relaxation with trees and plants everywhere. The pool was fair but okay.

Our room was located in the older part of the hotel. But it was very nice and cozy! The breakfast buffet was awesome! The food changes every day, but there are some staples like rice, egg, waffles, and others. The staffs are courteous and the view of the hotel is superb! 11/10 Will always recommend.

Vigan was a surprise, this hotel.is made up of small apartments. Immaculately presented. Great staff, could not do anymore for you.

The pools are nicely placed and of a good size. They are NOT disabled accessible! There are NO handrails to access the water.

The beach is near, very full at times, of course.
The beach is NOT wheelchair accessible! There are crumbling steps in the way!

The rooms are large, if that is what you booked. Ours is 44m², with a nice balcony in the West Wing near the beach.
Tiled floors, modern. Good, firm beds. Good room service. Tipping is optional, suggested 50-100php/day.
The design bathroom shower keeps blocking due to a bad drain design. Hair can he removed, but the cleaners should really do it
Plenty of hot water.
Good, very quiet airco. Do not use with balcony door open...

The breakfast buffet is very good.
It is eaten in the sunset bar now, not in Tryst.
There is a selection of Asian foods, an egg station and the usual cereals, fruit, cakes and bread etc. Good coffee. Juices are sugared, though. The miso (?) soup can be enhanced with vegetables for a healthy alternative. Only 4/5 stars because there is no bacon!

Suggestion: A disabled persons' table near the buffet would be great, with limited service like coffee refills.

Room cleaning is fast, and good.
But: what is it with the blankets under the sheets? Are the blankets ever washed? Sorry, but it disgusted me. I removed the blanket, it is not needed. Just a sheet is warm enough.

Twice we had the evening buffet. At first it seems overpriced but it includes beer until 21:00. If you factor that in, and are thirsty, it is ok.
The food varies from amazing (Tepanyaki Liempo and Dory) to meh. The lechon is incredibly delicious.
It is worth it. Kids 5 and under eat free.

Highly recommended place to stay in Boracay. They have great amenities nearby and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room is so clean and spacious. Amazing value for money, large rooms, beachfront, lots of pools. Massive buffet breakfast. I would definitely come and stay here again. Thank you stuff for amazing service.

We went there (adults only) for a casual night out and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent live band and entertainment. Vert good vibe. Decent food too.

My kids loved the hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and we never had a single problem. The room smelled great and the amenities are amazing. The ambiance is relaxing and is worth your penny. We will definitely come back to Boracay and stay here again.

Love this place its centrally located to all the cool bars and restaurants. It has its own eco system that's surrounded by lush greenery. The property is HUGE! It spans from the road to the beach and in station 2/3 that is big given the size of the lot. Albeit very quiet and relaxing.

Service is awesome and the rooms are huge and comfy. A little older in the styling but that does take away from the experience

This place exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the Summer House rooms and they were clean and had everything we needed (safe, airconditioning, fridge). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was hot and strong. The resort is beautiful and they take greay care with the gardens. The only suggestion for improvement would be to put a mesh/fly screen on the bathroom window (there is no bathroom fan) so it can be opened to air out the bathroom and not let insects in.

Enjoyed my stay in Paradise Garden. The food was great. The staff were courteous. The room was just right for us.

The summer villa was big enough for all four of us. We are big people. It's a few minutes walk to get to the public beach. There are swimming pools inside if you get tired of the beach. You can relax and drink by the pool. Food is nice but better outside. we had a blast. Thanks paradise!

The rest of their crew was awesome. From the moment we arrived until the time we had to leave, we felt the warmth of everyone working in the hotel. Internet was good as I was able to work while enjoying the island. A must when looking for a cost-effective place to stay in Boracay.
