The room rates are reasonable. The room that was given to us was clean and huge for a 2 person room. The service is also good. Located beside the Budget Wise. The overall facility is good but can be improved further by future renovation. The overall security is also good and can be further improved if there are other security personnel inside the building for back-up in case of untoward incidents. Our overnight stay was awesome, i can recommend this hotel if you guys are visiting Ipil.

I like the accomodating staffs,they are so welcoming.Rooms are big enough for two and the rate is reasonable.I will definitely recomend thia hotel with my family and friends.

Nice hotel, it's just noisy if your room is on the highway side...the roofdeck resto is very nice either especially if its evening you can really feel the cold breeze...
