Inday Lynn Special Satti and Refreshment

I am a great fan of Satti and the sauce is always my barometer in rating how good a Satti is.

I've been here a couple of times whenever I go home to Ipil since they are the only surviving "Sattihan" in the town.

Their sambal (sauce) is too sweet and thick for me. The spice is there but the sweetness overpowers it. The tamuh (rice) is perfect, just how I like my rice to be.

The good thing here is that you will have a lot of options for your BBQ, they have beef sticks, chicken and beef liver, chicken and isaw.

They do not open early which I find ironic since Satti is a breakfast staple for Tausugs. That's why patrons normally come in the afternoon to take Satti for snacks.

Ventilation is also one aspect they can improve. Its kinda hot inside.
