Jollibee

Do you need to rate Jollibee? It's the same everywhere! We still enjoy the FAST food, cheap (compared to eating at a restaurant) and convenience especially when travelling, are in a hurry, or when you are just craving for the juicy, crunchy chicken or anything on the menu.

I love Jollibee so I am biased. I believe this is the biggest Jollibee in the city and its one of the busiest aside from the one downtown across Lee. So if you come here, expect a LOT of people, especially around lunch and dinner time. Its a lot quieter mid afternoon, which is when I went to meet a friend today.

The staff are pretty accommodating consider how busy they are, so service is pretty good. It can just take a longgg time because of the sheer volume of customers. They keep things tidy enough. Also, their ice cream machine is always broken ugh.

Since this area gets a lot of traffic since its near two major universities in the city, there are a lot of homeless persons there to ask for money or approach you to sell things. Once I had passed by and a few guys approached me and I think they were high?? But they just asked me a weird question and I walked away quickly. They didnt hurt me. But yeah, thats a thing to take note of.

The foods are no different from the other locations but the service was excellent. However, the real champion for me is their store facade. It's not how your typical Jollibee stores would normally look like.

They have the cleanest CR of all the Fast Food Chains I have been too. It smells so good, floor is clean, tissue is always there, the basin has no smudges, soap is always present. The crew is always there to assist.

My favorite of all Jollibee stores here. As they give you free gravy refill as long as you ask for it during meal (not on the counter though cause they'll charge you). They'll get your gravy container and refill it. However! If you're lucky like me, the waiter got a PITCHER FULL OF HOT GRAVY and he poured it onto our rice and chicken. Gravy overlooaaaaddd ❤

The area is good since it is sandwiched between 2 Universities and close to a High School. Though sometimes the aircondition can get a little too cold on some days.

I really love jollibee since I was a kid

usually visit jollibee dumaguete north road after classes at night and find the place clean, with courteous crew and most of all fast service which is what my hungry tummy needs.

Always love Jollibee! Burger steak! Jolly hot dog! Chicken Joy! Everything on the menu is delicious!

Fast food but fast service and great customer care. Also has a drive through, clean toilets and PWDs friendly.
