We absolutely loved the place! Its main draw is its location - it was near everywhere you wanted to be: restaurants, activities, convenience stores, pasalubong shops - everything! The room we had (Rm. 111) was clean and very spacious, has 1 queen bed but could easily fit about 2-3 more single beds, that our toddler enjoyed running around. AC and h/c shower worked well during our stay. The staff were professional, courteous and accommodating, they even offer shuttle services for free. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and we loved every bit of our stay! I highly recommend this hotel for everybody looking to have a memorable stay in the Heritage City.

Amazing boutique hotel. Traditional architecture but inside is fully modern..wifi was excellent. You are literally at the heart of Vigan City tourism. Everything is a brisk walk away. The staff is top notch friendly and eager to please. And the sleep experience was wonderful. Quiet, cool room and comfortable beds. Your money's worth even if you just do nothing but stay in and catch a lot zzzz's.

Charming hotel with beautiful Spanish-style architecture and modern rooms. It is close to the plazas and Calle Crisologo. Breakfast buffet is good and there is 24/7 free-flowing coffee.

Cons: Wifi not accessible in our room so I had to hang out in the reception area if I wanted to stay connected.

We stayed for 3 nights in January 2023. The room, staff, breakfast, and location were excellent! Very clean and comfortable rooms. One block away from Calle Crisologo and the plaza. Highly recommended!

Very accessible to Calle Crisologo which is just a few steps behind the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Big comfortable room, bathroom's okay with bidet spray and complete set of toiletries. The only things i didn't like; weak wifi signal in our room, the towels were old and food selection in the buffet table needs improvement. Other than those, we really had a nice stay! Would consider coming back very soon!

Beautiful place, like you're in Spanish era. Rooms are spacious, foods are delicious. Minutes away to Calle Crisologo. Free transport to any point of the city from the hotel is a plus. Very accommodating staff.

Booked last holy week on a short notice. We got there almost past 8pm. Hotel staff was helpful and guided us to their parking area and then picked us up with their electric shuttle service. Our room was okay except for the lose wood near the bed. Breakfast was superb with local food like vigan longanisa and dried fish. On our check out and upon entering our Car the worst scenario happened the battery is dead and won't start. Staff assisted us to look for a shop on a good friday. Luckily we found one along the highway. Their staff went out their way to assist us so we can get going with our vacation. Kudos to their staff and I'd definitely come back and stay here if ever we visit vigan again.

Hotel is near the famous road and ac is centralized inside the hotel. They also offer free shuttle around vigan and some tours. They also have bike rentals if you prefer to work out while sight seeing. Overall this is a good home base if you plan to visit the Vigan.

it is a nice place to stay. clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms and facilities. if i get back in vigan i would rather choose to stay in hotel felicidad than to take a risk to some other hotels. Very satisfied!

Elegant place, cozy and quiet. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Very near restos and tourist spots, all walking distance.

Very cozy and nice place. Very accesible and the staffs are very accomodating. wifi service is poor,since only certain places have a strong/stable internet access. Would come and stay again.
