If you don't get the first verse, ask Matthias about tuba. You will learn something about filipino culture and a lot more in all the other conversations you will have with him and Grace.

The second verse will be clear once you have tasted one of the delicious plates with coconut milk prepared by your hosts. They will fill your tummy (and your heart with gratitude).

It is amazing how they can embrace their guests the very moment you enter their peaceful, laid back and slightly chaotic kingdom. Don't expect sophisticated amenities or perfect animal-free cleanliness. You will get a cuddly dog, a few ants and a space to feel at home (which even the swallows appreciated building a nest right in the spacious living room).

So easy to while away the days snorkeling in the amazingly rich marine sanctuary next door, fooling around at the Inambakan Falls, swimming with the whale sharks (the free ones at sea) or just sitting on the veranda watching the waves roll in. The only hard thing is to say goodbye - and to find all of one's stuff that has magically spread throughout the house. You just feel so much at home ...

The owners are a really friendly family who will help you get around Cebu or generally care for your well being.

One can easily travel to the North (Moalboal) or to the south. Their house is right next to the sea, so you can enjoy a nice sunset swim any day. Also we got offered a dinner and a breakfast, which was one of the best homemade meals I ever had 😊😊

When we entered the Sea me after our long journey, we were absolutely amazed by the beauty of the place. We were staying there for three nights, and it was an experience itself. Mathias and Grace are amazing hosts. We love their way of living and the positive, calming vibe they spread around. They let us be part of their family for our whole stay, and they shared great Philippine meals with us which they made themselves. If you are looking for an authentic experience (instead of just a place to stay), Sea me is a great choice.
Also, Ginatilan is such a lovely village close to the amazing waterfalls. I was afraid that it would be difficult to get there, but it wasn't a problem at all. The buses drive through the Ginatilan and the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the Sea me.

We stayed with Grace and her family for one month.
We absolutely loved our time in sea me. The home is located just at the seaside, very close to the cute village Ginatilan. The room was very clean and nice. We loved to do yoga on the terrace and to have acess to the sea right away from the house was wonderful.

We are grateful for the beautiful time we shared together and for learning so much about the Philippines, the culture, the beautiful nature around…

Grace and Mathias did everything to make our stay special. We are so thankful that they showed us some of their favorite places, and that we were allowed to be part of their family.

If you appriciate a loving and caring host, sharing stories, cultures and adventures.. that is your place to be!

Paradise in Philippines.
My stay at Sea Me with my friends was amazing. The landscape, the hosts and the food everything was incredible, and the location is good if you want to go to Moalboal or Oslob.
I hardly recommend to go to this place if you are traveling in Cebu island.

We had the most wonderful at Grace’s, Matthias and their daughter’s! They receive you as if you were at home, are very helpful and make you feel very confortable (especially their daughter’s cookies!!) The rooms are very nice and clean, and you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea! We definitely recommend if you want to rest by the sea with the nicest people (you could also run into their also very nice neighbours that will ask if you want to share some rum with them!)!

We stumbled upon Grace and Matthias B&B by accident. We were looking for a beach to chill and swim, but we couldn't find it. They were so kind as to offer us to stay at their private beach! They were super kind to us and made us feel so welcome. Their golden retriever Hershey also gave us a warm welcome and went into the ocean with us. We had an amazing afternoon here, and would recommend everyone to book a stay at their lovely accomodation. We were also able to take a look at the rooms they offer and they were spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Thanks again Grace and Matthias, for making our day with all your kindness 🥰

とても素晴らしい場所でした。
オーナーが絵の描き方を子供に教えてくれたり、ブランコ、LEGO、沢山の子供が遊べるアメニティがありました。
目の前に海があり、ロケーションも最高です。
夜ご飯は他の宿泊者と一緒に皆んなで話しながら食べたり、凄く貴重な時間を過ごせました。とてもリラックス出来る場所なので是非また来たいと思います。

Хозяева очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные. Найти без дорожных знаков было сложно, но думаю, что этот вопрос легко решится в будущем. В комнатах нет кондиционера, Но есть постоянно дующий морской бриз и вентиляторы
