Cozy hotel

Best Hotel in Roxas, Isabela. They have a fast internet, all rooms have a router so there is no problem with the connectivity.
They have a water heater, electric kettle with free coffee, free bottled water. Cable TV, aircon is fine. Rooms are using keycard.

During daytime (mall hours) you can here the arcades noise as the hotel is with the same building as the mall.

There is no phone signal inside and no windows. Better set an alarm clock if you plan to wake up early.

No restaurant, but you can go out and just a few steps away there are fast foods. You can also try the carinderias nearby.

Ride with a tricycle if you want to go out within the area for 10.00 pesos each.

Checked-in again with the hotel. Now the room that I got have tiny cockroaches, it needs maintenance in other rooms. Some room don't have a phone line.

I've tried a few other hotels in the area, and Dreamwave is by far the nicest hotel in Roxas. It's only a few years old and is located inside Xentro Mall, so you have the convenience of having direct access to the shops, supermarket and restaurants there.

The lobby is attractive and the room and bathrooms have quality fittings with a comfortable bed with nice quality bedding. There's cable TV, but although the TV guide said 80 channels were available only 3 local channels were working when we were there. The rooms also have a good sized work desk and chair. Complimentary coffee and bottled water is provided in the room free of charge.

There is adequate off-street parking available right next to the hotel entrance, with a 24-hour security guard on duty.

Now for the not so good part. The hotel is located in the basement of the mall, so there are no outside windows. Also, there is no mobile phone signal at all on either the Globe or Smart networks. To make matters worse, there's no wi-fi service in the rooms, so you're totally out of communication while you're in the room. There is a good wi-fi service in the lobby and mobile phones work there also.

Another odd thing is the desk in the room has a list of minibar prices for snacks and drinks, but strangely enough there is no actual minibar provided. At least you know how much they would charge you if they really did have a minibar!

Despite the issue I mentioned I think the hotel still offers reasonable value for money and I would stay there again.

You can request for extra beds. Wide room, free hotels stuff like toothbrush, soaps, shampoos, slippers.
