No offense, but in my opinion Nabunturan Water District does not even deserve even one star. The service is the worst. The color of the water is brown, yellow at its best. It taints the bathroom tiles. The water has a lot of sand in it. I mean A lot, to the point it covers half of the pail not only that but there's no water from 7 am to 7pm everyday, sometimes the whole day or evens days without any warning and announcement. We are paying for a service that hardly works and if it is working, the service sucks. We don't get any credit for time without service at all. It is very annoying and frustrating I hope somebody could fixed this.
