Friendly driver, he was on time to pick us up at 2am from our hotel, didn’t know it was such long ride, he slowed down at road humps and was a very careful driver, we reached Oslob at 5.30am to join the queue to go out to sea to swim with the whale sharks. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves st Oslob, Moalboal (swim with sea turtle and schools of sardines) and also another thrill trekking at Kawasan falls in Badian. The guides that went along with us through the treks and jumps at water falls were very patience and friendly, they are Romel, Ronaldo, Clayon. I hurt my knee and sprained my leg while trekking and Ronaldo and Clayon took turn to piggyme in a basket - ok that was embarrassing — but they were so nice and made that extra mile. Overall, Kawasan falls adventure was thrilling. By the way all the beautiful photos were taken by the guides using our phone. If you are going to Cebu for holidays, you can trust them, and should not miss the Kawasan zipline and trekking.

Had a really excellent experience with our guides! Junnard was really very nice and took care of us. They made sure we are safe while doing the canyoneering. He was funny and encouraged us to jump even though we are scared. He was our photographer and he took so many videos and photos for us during the canyoneering. It was really fun and thrilling. The scenary was just so nice to relax in. We wish we could do longer! Hope we can meet again soon!!

Mcrich Travel and Tours have been awesome! We booked the 2 day south Cebu highlights tour via Klook. Definitely worth having the convenience of having a driver to pick you up from your hotel and drop you off to your activities, transport you between activities, and at the end of the day, drop you off to your hotel again. We had our own driver and vehicle for just our group. It has saved a lot of time not having to wait for buses or other means of transport, so you can experience more activities than if you were to do everything by yourself. Mcrich Travel and Tours also have their own canyoneering guides in Kawasan falls who were very good at their job. They took care of your safety very well - making sure that your footing is in the correct place, giving you a hand to keep your balance, showing you exactly where to safely jump into the water were some of the things they did to keep you safe and the experience more fun. One of the things the Oslob Whale Shark Swimming is infamous for is its long queues and waiting times, however, having a tour guide meant we got there as early as possible, and they queued for us while we had breakfast, went to Tumalog Waterfalls, and by the time we came back, we didn't have to wait for long until it was our turn to see the Whale Sharks! When you go to Sumilon Island sand bar, definitely go to the guided Snorkeling tour (for 350 php total for a group of 1 to 3). You will swim with/without a lifevest (the option is yours) almost the whole length of the island where you will see an abundance of corals and fish species. All in all, all the tour guides were happy and helpful people, making the whole experience enjoyable and easy - you just hop into their car, get driven to your activity and get straight into it!

Every step of the tour was greatly organised from beginning to end. Contacted me the day before with pickup time, driver's name/phone number and car registration. People where waiting for us at all attractions and the guides on the cannyoneering were fantastic. Very small group and we were really looked after. Highly recommend the operator.

Daniel and Michael was our guide, they were wonderful, great conversation, guide on jumps and hikes, also helped us took tons of great photos and videos. Advise: bring multiple phones in water proof sachets, do the jumps (if you can) but follow the guide's instructions, stay safe, stop on and off to admire nature the paradise you're in

The tour is Awesome, we had a lot of fun going through the cannion. The tour guides are very helpful and they assist you with advice on how to tackle the tour.

Amazing service. We reached out last minute during new year rush and yet they were able to get us multiple transfers and tours of very high quality. The best part is Canyoneering which is a forever remembering life experience. The guides Guel, Roger, Gill, Alric are so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. From our driver to the guides, everyone was very professional. They did a great job creating safe and fun experience for us. Definitely one of the coolest experiences!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Without exaggeration, this experience was a highlight of my life. Our guide, Junjun, was fabulous and took the initiative to carry our waterproof bag the entire time and take about 1000 pictures, suggesting great spots and poses along the way. They drive you up a beautiful mountain pass to the top. You then have the option of hiking 45 minutes to the start of the canyon (no thanks!), or taking a zipline for 500 pesos! I highly suggest the zipline, which offered stunning views! Then you have a 10-minute hike to start canyoneering. It took us about 3 hours to make it to the bottom. You swim, climb/hike, and jump off the most beautiful waterfalls and rock formations to get to the bottom, and there are always "easier" and "more adventurous" options to get down. You also get to go down two "slides" which is a blast, as well as a rope swing! There is a stop about an hour in for food with delicious chicken skewers, fruit and beverages, so be sure to bring a few hundred pesos. I also highly recommend the waterproof phone cases that a million locals will try to sell you — they work GREAT! The tour ends at stunning Kawasan Falls, which is fairytale-beautiful. Then you have a gorgeous, easy walk about 30 minutes back to headquarters where they feed you lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - DO IT, AND ASK FOR JUNJUN!!!

Our tour guide Dave was amazing. He took great care of my group and ensured our safety throughout the entire journey. He was very attentive in pointing out the slippery routes and guided us through the canyoneering with clear instructions. He displayed great professionalism in his job and his photography/videography skills are mind-blowing. He knew just the right places and angle to take them.

We are beyond satisfied. Highly recommend this experience if you’re going to the Philippines!

You have to choose them for canyoneering in Cebu!! Our guide, Dave, was both professional and fun. He took care of my group’s safety and took amazing photos and videos (with even slow mo of the waterfall and crazy transitions) that I can even use for my wedding 😂

Just remember to save lots of storage on your phone for the photos!

Booked tour via Klook and exceeded my expectations. Shout out to our tour guide Eloy, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Let us use our drone and wanted patiently for us during that and also took soooo many photos and videos of us through the whole day activity. Knew the best angles and views to capture the moments. Encouraged us to jump the high cliffs but never pressured, always asked politely and was ready with our phone to record/capture everything. (He also miracously was able to hold our phone dry while trekking through with us)

These guys are absolute rockstars. Especially our driver Joseph and our guide Jerome. On the day of our tour the falls actually closed so Jerome arranged with his bosses to help us get a similar experience at a different site. Jerome’s suggestion was based on our preferences, traveling distance, and he had a keen sense for safety during this planning. On scene, Jerome was energetic and such a blast. Moreover, what set him above and beyond other guides I have met in other countries is how he was so clear about our footing and our safety.

If you are ever booking with this company, ask for Jerome. He’s a great guide, and truly a fantastic person. I look forward to having him again to truly experience Kawasan

An amazing experience, well worth doing it if you want to see the falls. We did the half course and our guide, Ronaldo, was exceptional, he made sure we were safe, had fun and took some amazing pictures!

Booked a 3D2N tour through Klook to visit the City areas, Oslob, and Badian.

We had Daniel as our private driver, and he was flexible and professional to cater to our request. Daniel was punctual and even recommended local places to eat, which tourists are not aware of. Daniel driving skills are great, and we are able to doze off safely while travelling between places for activities.

Definitely made alot of memories in Cebu City. Thank you Daniel for giving us a wonderful experience!

I went to Cebu to learn to dive and do some snorkeling.

Our guide and driver, Junest was amazing. He skillfully and safely navigated the cramped streets, pointed out the best places to eat, and even suggested and organised alternative activities when weather wasn't good.

He was on time, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and where to eat.

Junest took amazing care of my family, ferrying us around.

We did the canyoning tour with them and it was really great! Very nice experience! We hab a very nice guide and it was well organized. Definitely recommended!
