White Beard Coffee Siargao in Dapa offers a delicious and filling breakfast that perfectly satisfied my hunger. The star of my plate was the Hungarian sausage. It was likely a pork sausage seasoned with paprika, garlic, and other Hungarian spices, giving it a rich and smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the smooth scrambled eggs. The french toast was a delightful combination of sweet and savory, hitting all the right notes.
While the long black I ordered wasn't the strongest, the food certainly made up for it. Overall, White Beard Coffee Siargao is a great spot for a satisfying breakfast in Siargao.

The food here is so so tasty !! We had the bacon, egg and cheese brioche which was sooooo nice. We also had the French toast which was HUGE and also very very tasty ! Good coffee too. We will be back :)
