I recently had the pleasure of visiting PC Malam Jabba, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and warm hospitality.

The best part? The affordability! Despite its luxurious amenities, PC Malam Jabba offers reasonable prices, making it accessible to all.

But what truly sets this place apart is the impeccable service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

The staff is great right from the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone is exceptionally nice, helpful and accommodating. Very professional behavior.
About the hotel, well so much can be improved. Like there’s no ironing service, I called and they told me there’s an iron and ironing table in the cupboard you’ve to do it yourself. On top of that, there was no iron.
Food, I tried it all Buffet breakfast to buffet dinner and room service.
I must say neither the taste nor the variety is nearly close to any local good eateries. Very limited options in buffets, tiny portions when it came to in room dining.

Travelled here with for work purposes but sole purpose was to entertain a large group of students and as coordinator i was extremely satisfied with the hospitality offered to us by each and every member of PC Malam Jabba especially Mr Rahmat . We stayed here with 23 students for 2 days and we were looked after like anything and faced no complains and it felt like a leisure trip for the chaperones as well . Would definitely like to visit again with family as well

Excellent courteous Staff and impeccable service, all needs were completely met, We were there for small Business conference, from clean rooms, to excellent food and amazing Board room. Must appreciate entire staff specially Rehmat for his over and beyond assistance, Highly recommended. Excellent service, amazing property and beautiful view of snow covered mountains. Easy access to ski resort, lift chair and ski view point was simply amazing. Access road from small town is bit crowded. 5 hours drive from Islamabad International airport.

A very scenic location.visited it both in summers and in winters and both experiences were great.food is good with great variety and there is a gym, games room for k8fs and a ski resort very close. A must visit to have fun with family.

Excellent experience with the family. Beautiful hotel with great views and top notch service. Lots of outdoor activities next to the hotel - skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, chairlift, trekking, etc.

Family room is spacious and good option with kids.
Bathrooms are nice and with all facilities.
Best amongst the three PC locations we've been to..
Cooperative staff.
Just some suggestions, to install humidifiers as it was causing breathlessness with heater. Source of some humidity should be there.
And pls build a strong fence or the glass wall behind the cricket field as there's a patch from where anyone can fall specially kids.
And pls make some changes in your breakfast buffets.
Repeating most of the stuff everyday.

Overall it was a great experience, everything available within the room.
Chair lift also available with in the distance of 5 min walk.

We went there for a launch and it was a great experience because of the ambience, well-mannered staff, service and food. All perfect. They offered my little daughter a complimentary sweet menu from ongoing high tea, though we ordered standard menu items.

This place was remarkable and all the staffs were superb. The hospitality was up to par and would definitely recommend this place to future guest. Malam Jabba is a spectacular place and this abode is ideal for anybody to enjoy everything that Malam Jabba has to offer. Aftab was an amazing host who set us up for success the day we arrived until we left.

The best and ideal spot to stay, exactly 5 hours from Islamabad. Although highly priced but it can’t be better on a low budget. The ambience is great, rooms service is perfect, staff are extra nice which is an add-on. The food is delicious with all the varieties available. The views are mesmerising.
I would like to add if signboards could be installed on the road for direction that would be very helpful as there are no signals on the way.

The stay was extremely comfortable. The whole staff was very cooperative. The room service staff, house cleaning crew and especially the reception staff, they all made it feel like home. They made our stay memorable.

The best choice at Malam Jabba with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is ideal just in front of skiing track, chair lift and Zip Line. Best after snow fall.

Pc Malam Jabba is one of the best property owned by PC group.
Stayed for 2 nights, Ambience and Location was excellent.
Have a great Experience overall, Front desk guy was a little confusing.
Room service was excellent & Dining Hall staff was highly professional Specifically Mr. Naveed (Captain) & Mr. Shahid (Manager) they took good care of me and my family, buffet menu was also outstanding.

PC Hotel Malam Jabba is one of the best hotel in Malam Jabba. Such a great and courteous staff . Front desk staff are very courteous and friendly specially Managerial Staff is very friendly and helpful.. wish good luck to you and your staff. Amebience is good. Environment is good ... food is good ... but specialy staff ..

it was a nice and memorable trip. However, I would to recommend about proper heating system to be managed, we struggled in making the room cozy. Secondly, a wall clock is needed which we found missing.
