Beautiful place 😍 great mountain view 🪟 love this hotel 🏨

Beautiful location. Well planned building. Very cooperative staff. Good parking and clean and neat rooms.
However, lighting in rooms is not good. Broken showers, clogged drains in rooms, broken room door handles, and broken window locks make the stay uncomfortable. I hope management took the necessary action to fix these problems. Overall, it's good property and an amazing location.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary and delicious. Lobby is fabulous and it's my favorite place to sit. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Shangrila Hotel for anyone visiting Changla Gali.

Little bit expansive but the View is amazing.Food taste is really good.

Room had issues like door and windows latch weren't working.
But reception resolved it pretty quickly by changing the room.
Staff was good.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Very friendly professional staff, clean and well equipped rooms, great restaurant, tasty food, very approachable location yet not on the main road, decent parking and a heavenly view. Probably the highest peak in the region so you can see all the ray to Islamabad on a clear day.

It's a great place to stay. Excellent customer service.

It was a wonderful experience. The best is the view from the hotel room. You may sit and have a beautiful view of the valley. It is also less crowded and may enjoy a evening walk. There is also a play group d for kids with lots of exercise machines nearby.
You may also find good car parking place within hotel. The food is also delicious

CHotel building is old so that the rooms and furniture. Very limited parking space. Room had 21inch TV (no LED) but kids liked it a lot as it was something new for them. Breakfast is included but it's limited and seating area was not that great. Overall we had a good experience.

Highly recommend place to stay. View from the balcony was amazing. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food tastes good. Not expensive. Location wise it’s best as it’s in the middle of all the attractions.
