I recently had the pleasure of staying at the H15 hotel, first during a weekend getaway with a friend and later with my husband. Right from the outset, the hotel captivated us with its prime location nestled in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the vibrant hotspots one would wish to explore. The room we stayed in was the epitome of comfort, boasting a stylish decor that made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Initially, my experience was tinged with a bit of disappointment due to a pricing issue. I missed out on a discount I had seen advertised on their website because it required selecting a specific booking option which I hadn't done. However, this hiccup was skillfully addressed by Magdalena, the customer relations manager. Her exceptional service and dedication to resolving my concerns truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of wonderful, for which I am incredibly grateful.

On my subsequent visit with my husband, the hotel not only provided us with a highly attractive rate but also included breakfast as a gesture of compensation. The gesture was much appreciated and made our stay feel special. We were treated to an amazing suite that was both luxurious and inviting, tempting us to enjoy the comfort of our room as much as the city itself.

The hotel shines not only through its pristine cleanliness but also through its excellent service and the warmth of its staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely welcoming, creating an ambiance that felt like a home away from home.

For breakfast enthusiasts, I highly recommend venturing out to the nearby restaurants for a delightful morning experience.

In summary, my stays at the H15 hotel were marked by great enjoyment and satisfaction. Its perfect location, top-notch cleanliness, commendable service, and particularly the customer-centric approach of their staff, especially Magdalena, made it a memorable experience. Excellence at every level from the moment you walk into the elegant and tranquil ambiance of Hotel 15 Boutique. The entire staff is professional, engaging and efficient. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and extremely clean.
Magdalena, the irreplaceable concierge, is an absolute SUPERHERO! Whether it's last minute concert tickets, a handwritten welcome note, private transport, tours, etc, she's on it! Aleksander in the onsite restaurant is a complete gem with spot on recommendations.
Breakfast or an evening glass of wine in the glass atrium is not to be missed.

We stayed in H15 Boutiqu Hotel during our wedding ceremony in Warsaw. The hotel is in a great location, and very classy!

We booked the hotel 6 months prior to the event and we had many requests for the Guest Relartions Manager, Magdalena.

Magdalena was amazing and helped us with every request. We had several rooms booked, including the penthouse. We required early check in, late check out, photos of the rooms in advance, parking for guests. We also had so many vendors on site during the preparation for our wedding ceremony. The hotel were really accomodationg for photographers, videographers, planners, coordinators, family and friends.

We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our special day.

We would highly recommend H15 especially if you are preparing a special event such as a wedding. And a special thank you to Magdalena who made our stay and event completely stress free :)

My first trip here I had an issue with my room - the WiFi wasn’t working and the thermostat was unresponsive. It had impacted my ability to work from my room and I notified hotel management.

Magdalena, guest relations manager & head concierge, met with me in person to address the issue and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she personally apologize, she went out of her way to get me into a new room and even left a bottle of wine as a gift for the troubles. Magdalena was attentive, extremely kind and professional, and completely turned my stay around.

Because of her and how much I really love this hotel, it is now my go-to hotel, and the only place I will stay at in Warsaw - which I now go to almost each month for a week each trip on average.

The staff is incredible and makes my stay so enjoyable every time. The hotel is beautiful and I feel at home every time I stay there.

I travel extensively for work all over the world and H15 is hands down one of my very favorite places to stay. Thank you Magdalena and all the H15 staff - you are seriously the best!

Very fancy hotel. Breakfast features sparkling wine and it's delicious. I had a suite, it was a bit too pop style as for the design, but the equipment was top notch.

Elegant yet cosy boutique hotel, with beautiful rooms and an amazing courtyard that was converted into a breakfast and lounge space, with a glass roof covering the entire courtyard. The service is impeccable, and the reception always there to help. There is a piano bar and a restaurant, and though we didn't get a chance to try them, they look very nice. The rooms are very stylish and spacious, with all the amenities you'll need. The location of the hotel is perfect, hidden away on Poznańska street, few minutes walking distance from the main train station and the absolute city centre, but not as busy, and surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for a city break or a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding hospitality at H15 Warsaw. The hotel is truly enchanting, blending the charm of an old building with modern flair. Our room was not only spacious but also featured a beautiful kitchen and a remarkably comfortable bed. The restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience, with delicious food complemented by impeccable service. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing. A stay at H15 Warsaw is a magical experience that I highly recommend.

We were family of 2 on a short tour to Warsaw. Our check in was fast and we got a delightful surprise of an upgrade to a suite. Such a spacious room. Morning breakfast was good but had limited vegetarian options. The chef was kind enough to make sautéed vegetables.The entire team was courteous and felt as if we are at home. The hotel is so well located, close to all important sightseeing locations. Good eating joints nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.Thank you team for the hospitality.

Hello, the hotel looks quite old, but the staff makes an impression… they are so helpful and friendly, we were upset with our problem with the reservation, but Veronica on front desk helped us a lot,to choose a room satisfying our wishes, such a pleasant person and her assistant Elmir. They showed us very good places to visit during our weekend in Warsaw. The waitresses at the restaurant are smiling, pleasunt and do not overdo it. I doubt that we will return, but if you want to get a homely atmosphere of hospitality, I advise you this place.

This is my favorite Hotel in Warschau. Magdalena who is the guest relation manager in the hotel makes a fantastic job. You feel from the first moment very well and like at home. Aleksander the manager of the Hotel is also a great person who always tries to help and let you feel very well. The rooms are modern big and very beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect. All hot spots you can get by walking distance. So I really can recommend this hotel. For me the best boutique Hotel in Warschau!

I had a wonderful 3-days stay at this hotel. The staff and especially Magdalena have been delightful and welcoming. The rooms are big, and full of light. Same for the breakfast area covered by a beautiful glass ceiling. I had a feeling of being on holidays despite the 3 days of full time work. This hotel in its charme and size a beautiful oasis of calm. The location is perfect in a very nice quarter of Warsaw. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

My family and I stayed in H15 Boutique Hotel for 5 days when we were in Warsaw. The property is luxurious and gorgeous. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful with tastefully done decor. Everything was just perfect and we had a most wonderful experience. The property, the suite, the facilities, the location, the staff and the service was top notch.

The service was world class and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The heated tile floors were a very nice touch when waking up in the middle of the night. The breakfasts were fit for a king as well with a wide assortment of breads, smoked fish, fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. No details were overlooked. The room was very well designed and furnished with a large sun window that had remote control curtains. The only issue was in the morning you couldn’t escape the Sun.

Over the last year (from April 2022 to March 2023), I spent more than 140 days at H15, which is the best indication that I love this boutique hotel!

First and foremost, the management and staff were always helpful and accommodating. They were kind, gracious, and friendly in their efforts to make my many visits comfortable and enjoyable. Their culture of customer service was five- star, which was so important in the quality of my stays and in my decision to return when there were many options in Warsaw.

During my stays, I lived in various style rooms, from the well-appointed and comfortable Standard Room to the deluxe and spacious Suites, such as the Junior Suite, Superior Junior Suite, and Luxurious Suite. Each room was contemporary in furnishings, with modern décor, and all the extras that I needed to make my stay comfortable and a home away from home. Each room felt very private and quiet, and I loved the spacious bathrooms and showers. The daily housekeeping was impeccable in its five-star standards and accommodating to my various schedules.

The restaurant, Signature, was my go-to evening dinning after a long day of work or a great quiet place to share a meal or a drink with a friend. The diverse menu selections were always delicious and accompanied with a good selection of wines and spirits. Occasionally, if I was busy or just not in the mood to go out, then I enjoyed a meal or an evening snack in my room.

The hotel’s location speaks for itself: in the heart of Warsaw, surrounded by an abundant selection of fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, and bars; convenient for either business in Warsaw or easy access to cultural and historical sites and museums.

What more can I say? Having traveled extensively throughout my life, I have become very discerning and selective regarding my recommendations. I highly recommend that you visit H15 Boutique Hotel!

I am from the USA and stayed at this gem of a hotel for one week. My stay was perfect and I could not have been any more happy with my experience at H15. The staff is truly personal, attentive and professional, and went above and beyond. The location is the best and the building itself is luxurious and high quality.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing rooms decorated with unique flair. A pleasure to come back to. Quite lovely. Facilities in the hotel did not disappoint. Staff were very accommodating and attentive but not intrusive.
