The blueberry pierogies were absolutely delicious! Great prices and friendly, English speaking staff.

Oh my, what a fantastic meal it was!

Despite unassuming "roadside bar outlook", I'd give Kuchnia Dobromił a Bib Gourmand mention in the next Michelin guide - and I'm not kidding about it. They serve traditional local dishes from Podlasie, prepared with flair and in an absolutely flawless manner - but also available with a vegetarian / vegan twists in some cases (which REALLY isn't the case with such establishments, usually). Our group included people who grew up in the region, who knew this kind of cuisine as mama / grandma "home cooking" - and their opinion was that these were the best dishes of the kind that they ever had. Can't imagine a higher praise for a restaurant specialized in local and traditional food. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable too, especially for this quality of kitchen artistry provided - and for the huge portions you receive. On top of that, they also do their own delicious pastry (local and traditional as well), which we grabbed freshly after it was baked, and which turned out to be a perfect dessert to complete our meal.

Go and eat at Kuchnia Dobromił whenever you have a chance - and the world will seem a better place for you! :)

Best potato pancakes in whole Podlasie region!!! I know 'cos I tried in so many places this summer😃 and Coconut Latte is like in Costa or Insomnia. I couldn't get such a good coffee in this region for 3months when travelling- simply heaven❤ great staff and customer service. thank you!!!❤

Doskonałe jedzenie i przemiła obsługa. Spróbujemy tu specjałów Podlasia jak kartacze z mięsem (również w wersji wege z soczewicą), babkę ziemniaczaną czy kiełbasę z czosnkiem niedźwiedzim, ale też bardziej odświeżone tradycyjne potrawy - placki ziemniaczane z szarpaną wieprzowiną czy wspomniane wege kartacze. W lecie możemy delektować się chodnikiem litewskim z gotowanymi ziemniakami z okrasą obok jak u babci. Właścicielki wypiekają też własne chleby na zakwasie, a na deser możemy liczyć na swojskie drożdżówki z owocami czy pączki. W ofercie podlaskie cydry, rzemieślnicze piwka i cydr. Duży plus, że można przyjść z pieskami.

Ukryta perełka. Miejsce urządzone klasycznie, lokalnie, po prostu pięknie. Jedzenie cudowne! Jedliśmy zielony barszcz, pierogi z pokrzywą i Kiełbasę niedźwiedzią. Wszystkie dania idealnie doprawione!

Robiłem już wiele podejść do kartaczy, zawsze wspominałem je jako zbitą, twardą kluchę z tłustym nadzieniem. Dobromil bardzo miło mnie zaskoczył - kartacz był mięciutki, wręcz puszysty.
Żona zamówiła babkę, ona również była bardzo lekka, w chrupiącej skórce.
Barszczyk fantastyczny, kwaskowy. Flaczki, jak dla mnie trochę za delikatnie przyprawione. Bardzo dziękujemy za przemiłą obsługę!

Super miejsce, super jedzenie, super obsługa, a te napary z ziół bajka:)

Świetne miejsce po drodze do Białegostoku, zajeżdżamy od paru lat i nigdy się nie zawiedliśmy. Pierogi podane z surówką najlepsze jakie mogły by być, placek z szarpaniną też rewelacyjny. Były też ciasta i ciastka , wzięliśmy na wynos ❤
