Byłbym bardzo ostrożny przy zakupach w obecnej firmie Herkules. Firma jest już innym podmiotem. Właściciel chce bazować i czerpać zyski z dobrej opinii marki Herkules, ale niestety pozostawia bez pomocy serwisowej i gwarancyjnej klientów detalicznych i hurtowych byłego Herkulesa, której był właścicielem. Kupując obecnie, nie wiadomo czy nie zrobi tak samo. Ja osobiście dowiedziałem się, że wszystko co u niego kupiłem jest teraz moim kosztem i nie bierze odpowiedzialności gwarancyjnych, na części i komputery kupione nawet w listopadzie 2023.
