Warsaw Modlin Airport

Small, cozy airport. Passport control went quickly. Everything you need is there. Good employees, responsive and helpful. From the airport it is easy to get to Warsaw by bus and train. Tickets are sold inside the airport. Thanks Poland

A small airport for low cost flights, mainly Ryanair. If you have a chance, eat before the flight, no good places inside, only snack food.
The airport has a train and bus connection with Warsaw. Very cheap, the train ticket is 20 zl.
Important! You can buy a train ticket in the ticket machine. Then wait for a free pick up bus which will take you to the Modlin station. And from there you can jump into your train.
The train schedule and navigation are a bit messy, but follow the crowd. There are a lot of trains and you will get where you are going 100%.

Small airport. Custom control officers on arrival are friendly and understanding. 1h from Warsaw centre. Bus connection please check the schedule carefully. Taxi 25-35 EUR depends on capital destination. No free water filling station. So be ready to pay 2-3 EUR. Plenty of shops before gates 1 and 2…to non EU , tiny duty free shop and cafeteria after gates.

Finally some decent landing from Beauvais to Modlin, 28 October 19:15 flight, maybe there were no winds this time 😏💪🏻

. There's no lounge or anything near comfortable. The best area is outside where they have a relaxing, cool bar. Once you're through security forget it. The corrugated roof makes for a baking hot experience inside the 100m concourse where we have 6 outlets. Thankfully it's fairly cheap by English standards

On another trip to Warsaw June 2023, arriving was straight forward, through passport control and was off out the front👍

Coming back here to return home was a different story🤷‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂
The place was jam packed!😡 The queue for security went the whole length of the airport!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
Luckily we were over two hours early, so had the time to have to wait in this huge queue!
This place is too small, it couldn't handle the extra volume of summer vacation flights🤷‍♂🤷‍♂

There was a bit of panic from some people, stuck down the end of the queue, who's flights were having last calls to the gate.
Staff were getting them out of the line and bringing them forward to the front!
Really not good!

Not all the sections were open in the security bit.

Just catching my flight home from Warsaw Modlin Airport.

Got through security quickly.
There is a small Duty free shop there.
There are toilets before passport checks and also within the Gate area.

The Gate areas are very small! It can get very busy and not many seats for the amount of passengers!!😡

Have always had to stand for a very long time when catching a flight from here!

There is no facility to refill a water bottle, like we have at Bristol.

You always have to walk out to your plane, in all weather conditions!🥶❄ not good in the winter or when it's raining!

Though staff are very prompt at what they do, very organised👍😀

Awesome.. what a fantastic little airport.. i travel a lot and Modlin has become my new fave airport.. why not grab a beer at Eat & Fly before you fly or when u land.. .. 🤗🤗

One of the smallest airports I’ve visited so far. Which is not a bad thing, as if was not busy when I visited, I was able to go to the gate very fast.

Airport was great! It is disability-friendly with non-visible disabilities and is very easy to navigate! Also nice range of shops with cheap prices and ATM. Thank you Modlin for such an amazing experience!

Small airport but able to handle the traffic. Mainly operated by Ryanair, this airport is amazing as it is not too busy as it is easy to get around. Photos show a Ryanair plane operated by BUZZ and a BUZZ plane itself.

A small and compact airport. Upstairs, a bit hidden, an absolutely amazing lounge with a friendly women as the host. Thank you both for the great and friendly service 🌹🌹

Had no problems regarding getting through passport control. A decent selection of places to shop together with car hire and a bureau de change. This is the more low key of the 2 airports in Warsaw. Just outside the airport are food outlets and a large bar with outside seating.

Small airport. Everything went smoothly and fast. The only downside is when it is raining - because to get to the airplane you have to walk, also when going from the airplane to the airport. Otherwise everything went really fast - the security check, boarding and also taking the checked luggage.

Hi have been coming here many times already nice small airport. Quickly passes passport and customs control. It has everything you need for a normal pastime. Cafes, toilets, shops with souvenirs a small waiting room. ATMs, terminals for buying tickets in the direction of Warsaw. Local transport is very good.

It was nice to fly to Warsaw. Great city.

It was well organised and small one there's callouts even in bathrooms not to moss your flight

Small airport, limited seating, sitting on the floor but hey! It’s Ryanair and as an Irish person we love the low cost budget. If you’re flying cheap don’t expect a palace

was fast when switched flight to Germany, service great evening time was, great burgers and fries and love coffee with cookies 🍪 for, 45 Minutes lay over was great 👍 BE FOR, that 1 think be with such short time and was able get fav 🙂 food 😺

Very nice airport, 45min drive from Warswawa, away from traffic jams. Fast, friendly and smooth. Fast track available. Just in front of the airport is a good restaurant, with option to sit outside in the sun. Tye airport is sensitive to fog, but then you are diverted to Chopin airport by bus. Much recommended airport and good infrastructure.

I had a problem with my boarding pass on my phone and the Ryanair staff were so amazing. They went right out of their to help me, they spent nearly an hour doing that. Thank you to the Ryanair staff for helping to fix my problem, it was very appreciated. 😊😊😊
