Hotel Polanica Resort & SPA

We have spent already three weekend with two children at this hotel. It is about 10min walk from the city center. The hotel has nice playroom for the little ones, big indoor pool, cinema with movies for children every night. Food is polish and tastes very good. If you have half board you have to pay for the alcoholic drinks. Overall nice clean hotel with lovely staff.

Overall, great experience! Very good facilities, service and overall atmosphere. The serveral activities offered make it really a great deal! Of those, I specially recommend the Pool, the Jakuzzi and the Bowling. A special word to the food quality: tasty dinner options (I recommend the Black Burger) and exquisite Breakfast buffet! It also has a great "a la cart" service - for private events only, as far as I know.

Great place to spend days off. The hotel is equipped with Swimming pool, Small Gym, SPA, Some indoor sports facilities (Table tennis, Billiard, fuseball). Rooms are great. Service is also amazing. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome place with really nice people.
During the pandemic You could really feel safe, there were no breach of the safety procedures, and clients were asked to wear a mask when spotted without.

There is one really odd thing, when You order Pizza from outside business they will deliver to your room, which is not the case when you order pizza from hotel restaurant, for which you have go downstairs by your self. This need to be changed.

When the government introduced another lockdown, while we were there hotel acted really professionally, and propose acceptable solution for missing payed day.

The place is really nice for family with younger kids, I assume it's event better when there are no pandemic restrictions. We tried SPA which is really good and professional. Bowling was nice also with young kid. Swimming pool is prepared for relaxed and sport swimming. There is nice area for young kids. Lifeguard is present the whole time. There is kids play room, but amount of toys was limited due to pandemic restrictions. Seemed to be nice for normal times.

Food sometimes was really good, sometimes was ok. Especially pizza was really mixed experience, once we ordered, it was exceptionally good, other time it was ok (the ingrediencies were not right, but this was almost last day before lockdown), and pizza for lunch/diner served in this heated thing is not a good idea. They know how to make really good pizza which is ruined when heated and kept covered for lunch.

I'm definitely going to visit this place again, and I'm looking forward to do so.

The hotel is amazing, it has a gym swimming pool, tennis court and a bowling alley, the food was also rly good

Clean rooms, excellent food (we had breakfast & dinner) , many extra activities were available e.g bowling, tennis, spa, swimming, snooker etc
