Heron Live Hotel

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. All staff were extremely kind, the room was well arranged, everything worked well. The breakfast is amazing, with a plentiful selection, and a good few extra nice touches. The spa is also beautiful. As well as the hotel’s setting and surrounding. 100% recommended. We will surely be back!

Clean, comfortable room with lovely view over the lake. Real coffee machine, mini bar and a/c in rooms, which are real plus points from me. Can't really fault the accommodation in any way.
The food was delicious and the restaurant very nice with a pleasant relaxing atmosphere.
The sparkling jewels in this hotels crown however are the restaurant staff. They are friendly, attentive, welcoming, hard working and professional. I haven't had better service anywhere, ever! They are a real credit to the hotel and most worthy of a mention.
It is expensive but no more so than any other 5 star hotel. Recommended.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at by far. It's extremely luxurious. Hotel gives you complete zen and calm feeling once you walk in. The lovely smell and atmosphere are perfect. The location..well what to say about tha?just look at the pictures I took. Spa is wonderful, nice saunas nice pool and jacuzzi inside and outside are the bomb.
The restaurant botanika on level -1 is absolutely top notch. The food is insanely tasty, atmosphere great. I definitely will come back here. This was one hell of an expierence that I think anyone should have!

Kind of unique place in Poland, 2 strong points, breathtaking view & sunbath terrace on the lake and very friendly staff.

I visited this place with my wife and really enjoyed it. Top class food wines and cozy atmosphere. Chef and waiters were very helpful and satisfied all our requests. Especially a waiter named Patrick was very kind and explaining in a professional manner all what was served and presented in the menu. Recommend

I visited this hotel with my husband. We booked the Penthouse and we were amazed with the service we received. The service was very professional and outstanding. But the Spa was out of this world everything was just perfect. We know we will be back to this place again and I highly recommend Heron Live Hotel to everyone.

It’s perfect. We really love the outdoor jacuzzi in the winter and cold swimming pool! The view from our room was incredible. If you fancy some SPA treats I highly recommend classic massage. What bothers me though it’s the price of the drinks, ridiculously overpriced!!! Lots of nice hilly routes for a road bikes trips.

We are really satisfied with the quality of the food at the Botanika restaurant and especially the service that Patrick has offered us. We will miss you from Spain. As for the hotel, it has been a fantastic and unforgettable experience. Highlight, the views of the lake and the pool and spa area. To repeat!

The Marina Restaurant is incredible. From the home pressed olive oil at the beginning of the meal to the superb coffee to finish off the meal and everything in-between is perfect. The attention to detail is second to none.

Where to begin...

When you enter the hotel you are immediately greeted by someone working at the hotel. You are immediately struck by the luxury and elegance of the hotel.

The hotel itself is every bit as luxary as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It is beautiful, both from the outside and the inside.

The pool area is great with an amazing view. The spa area itself has a very soothing atmosphere and there is someone on every floor there to help you if you are in need.

The food is also amazing. It was probably my favorite part of the experience. Fresh food, home made stuff, original recipes and local ingredients. It all just melted in your mouth. Remarkable.

The rooms are of a very high standard, just like everything else. This place is ideal for a weekend getaway. Make sure you don't forget to enjoy the moment!

Fantastic place. Stunning views on the lake. 3 outstanding restaurants. Really recommend Marina restaurant for simple but delicious cuisine and good wines. Place is expensive for Polish standards, but still price attractive for its class. One is for sure, you will get these kind of views anywhere else in Europe. Book the place in advance. It is becoming more and more popular.

We were a large group and we had to wake up our group in order to check out in time, so the kind receptionists didnt give us a master key for all rooms because of the hotel's privacy policy. So the dear BARTEK from the reception walked with me for almost 100 rooms and opend the door to all of our rooms in the hotel! He was realy nice and kind all the time, and kept smiling and asured me that it's totaly fine. So thank you Heron Live Hotel for a great place and even greater service!
