Hotel Kasztel

Excellent stuff, polite and very helpful. A beautiful place to stop in a scampering world. Too close to the main road. But of course inside the building, it doesn't disturb anymore. in my opinion lights inside the building need little change it is time also for little renovating. but it is a very nice clean and friendly place. For debate is the cat in the dining room during the lunch time. I don't see the problem but I envisage that somebody can have e different feelings.

An absolute gem! Everything was perfect! The food here is next level! Staff are very welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Only downside was we had an ant infestation in our room. I left a cold drink on the dressing table and within 1 hour there was over 50 ants on my drink. The ants were everywhere in the bedroom apart from the bed - i think they get in through the balcony door. We would still return despite this but would expect it to be resolved. Jacuzzi in our room was amazing but took about 1.5 hours to fill up due to water pressure.

My favourite hotel for Krakow area. Nice, quiet rooms, very good restaurant, rich breakfasts, nice and friendly staff. Fantastic price-value ratio. Built in pseudo-historic style, many funny moments especially when you visit for the first time, and you get scared by an old man carrying light next to your room....

Really cozy place. Kind personnel and clean rooms. The breakfast was awesome and with great variety. I recommend!

Absolutely amazing place!!! Stayed 2 nights before heading into Krakow centre. Wish we had stayed longer. So much to see and do! Brilliant friendly and helpful staff! Fantastic hotel. Already planning to go back next year!

Stayed there 1 night. What an incredible expierience. My teenage boys love that. Breakfast had variety of food.

Very strange hotel with scary sculptures. But it is different from all other hotels, and this is why it is interesting. Room was okey, and breakfast was great. Good service.

Nice place for relax with family and also this is the place where you can find really good food..about service- all staff is helpful and there are always looking to service good and fresh food.. I really recommended this hotel.
