Great service, friendly personnel, wide variety of fresh flowers

For the past 10 years I order flowers from the "Flora flower shop." Entire staff goes far and beyond to provide great service. If I ordered online and something was not clear, I called Flora and they always accommodated my special requests, they returned my international calls, sent SMS or email to clarify my order. My mother was always happy with the freshness of flowers, exquisite arrangements, and very timely deliveries. Even now, just before Christmas, I messed up my order and had to call.... Lucas was incredibly helpful.

International purchase went well and delivery of bouquet was on time as promised. The recipient was very pleased with the quality. Excellent job all around!

The only suggestion I would make is to add items next to products in photos for size scaling. I didn't realize how large the bouquet was that I ordered. However, it greatly impressed the recipient, so I'm still happy.

I have ordered from this shop a few times , i ordered for Christmas and they delivered in time , I have sent them through pictures of ideas and they manage to get a bunch of flowers exactly like this , always done to a high standard , I do not speak polish but they were unable to communicate with me in English and organise exactly what I want, highly recommend this shop

It is a second time I used services of this company. I googled them last year, and they performed them exceptionally. At first I tried to give a chance another small florist shop this year which was very close to the point I needed flowers to be delivered. Not only they had 25% higher prices, but also they could not process cards. I called back these people here, and again my experience was fantastic. They took care of everything, including more sophisticated card choice for a poem I sent them via email. They also charged me significantly less than most advertised shops with international reach (which this shop apparently also offers). Above all though they knew about my order when I called them with some additional questions, were very friendly and offered solutions to help the customer. They delivered flowers and printed card to the party in perfect stage (mid of the winter), and contributed to the fact, that I am still receiving emails and calls with great comments of this idea. I strongly recommend these people. They are great professionals, have the whole workflow working without a glitch, are accurate, punctual, and deliver quality beyond expected. Thanks guys for great service!

Doskonala firma ze znacznie lepszymi cenami niz podobne jej firmy na sieci. Doskonaly zakres uslug (sprawnie robia uslugi przez internet). Juz drugi raz uzywam ich uslug i drugi raz sprawdzili sie na zloty medal. Zeby tak chcialy pracowac wszystkie biznesy! Pomogli mi tym razem z konkretnym wyborem kwiatow i drukiem wiersza przeslanego przez internet. Postarali sie nawet bardziej uswietnic okazje niz bym sie spodziewal. Stale otrzymuje z Kraju meile i telefony z zachwytami jak ten element wieczoru pieknie wyszedl. Bez nich bym tego nie osiagnal! Sa punktualni, zabezpieczaja kwiaty w zimie tak, zeby nie zmarzly w transporcie, maja szeroki wybor kart i biletow z zyczeniami, sa bardzo grzeczni, usmiechnieci, gotowi do pomocy i zaoferowania rozwiazan. Do tego sa tansi niz inne kwiaciarnie z ktorymi sie kontaktowalem.
