Good choice of quality pet foods, and nice advice given by the staff when asked for. However they hardly provide alternatives for products they ran out of stock, such as another flavor of one type of food while the same other brand is available with other flavors.

My dog and I came to the shop to buy a harness. The whole staff were very nice and helpful. They helped measure and try on different harnesses, they gave treats to my dog, and didn't rush us out even though we arrived just before closing in a terrible thunderstorm. Highly recommend this little shop. And they are the only pet shop that opens at 07:00. They speak English and Polish and they answer the phone when you call.

The place is cool! The staff is friendly as well the speak both English and Polish. Also they do have an experienced staff where they just recommend things to buy for you pet. Furthermore, the price are cheap in comparison to different pet store. And the most important thing they do care about the customer satisfaction. In general that's the place where I always go to buy for my cat everything. Good luck!

Świetny sklep zoologiczny. Bardzo duży i ciekawy wybór karm. Dla mnie alternatywa w oczekiwaniu za zamówienie z Zooplus. Mają wysokomięsne, akceptowalne puszki dla kotów, zarówno karmy bytowe, jak i uzupełniające. Bardzo polecam.

Pomimo małej przestrzeni, tylko w tym sklepie widziałam tak szeroką gamę jedzenia. konsultanci chętnie odpowiedzą na wszystkie pytania i doradzą w zakresie składu żywności. a ceny są często niższe niż w Internecie. Zdecydowanie polecam

Chodzę do tego sklepu od ponad roku, a także aktywnie korzystam z dostawy Wolt. Otrzymałam wiele porad od konsultantek, ponieważ mam bardzo kapryśnego kota.
