PORT PIENIN - Canoeing and Pontoon Rafting | Rafting on the Dunajec

Great service, reliable 💯 and fantastic kayaking 🛶. It took us almost 3hr to do it and we covered 20+ km. Great 👍 experience

First time going kayaking on a river. On a recommendation from local experienced kayakers, they recommended Port Pienin. Staff were very respectful, cheerful, and attending. I felt very welcome, prices in todays economy were very good for the quality of trip. They were busy with clients, now I know why, good job guys!

Now about the trip:
The trip is 2 hours approximately down one of Poland’s most beautiful rivers. Unbelievable views of mountains on your way down. You can see the famous 3 crowns. Part of the trip your in between Slovenia and Poland on the river. You have many options of kayaks of different sizes and different tubes. They provide helmets, life jackets, and tips on how to swim down. I’m not experienced by any means, but I was able to handle it. I fell out once and using their directions prior to the trip, I got myself back down the river. When I come back to poland I would most definitely come back. Highlight of my trip! Dzienkuje wam bardzo!

Very nice experience! They speak English and are super friendly and former Olympics champions.

The price for the kanoe is 70zl each and it is about 2h30 long with 30mn in a small bus at the beginning. It is not very difficult to kanoe on this river.

You can stop and eat your lunch near the river and buy some water just before going into the boat.

They offer some coffee and tea in the end.

One boat got stuck between the rocks but the "rescue mission" from the team was more that we could ask for!

Friendly staff/guides who help us understand the river better and gives us valuable information on how to raft/cannoe. Take the longest route as the scenic experience will take your breath away! It's also value for money!

Great experience. Very friendly people, great view on the way, it takes about 3 hours including going up with bus to the start point and coming back to where you park your car, free car parking, nice place for also relaxing and eating (your own food) after rafting. Free tea coffee 😋.

I took kayak trip along the Dunajec river on Thursday August 4th 2022
The organization of the whole venture was just perfect. The port facility in Szczawnica is at a world class level. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We left to Sromowce Nizne launch place on time. On site the kayaks were ready for launch and in few minutes I was on the river. The kayaks, paddles and safety equipment were in very good shape.
The trip itself is an unique experience as the views on the Pieniny Mountains are just stunning.
I paddled many rivers is Western Canada and none of the organizers was as good as the Port Pieniny. Congratulations. Highly recommended.

I rented kayaks here two times already. Everything was great. The people operating the business are very nice.
There are different kinds of kayaks - plastic and inflated, for 1 or 2 persons - and rafts. And they have life vests of various sizes, even ones that fit me with my 163 cm of height and XS clothes size.
The first time, me and my companion were the only people who wanted to continue to the second route (Szczawnica - Tylnanowa) after finishing the first one (Śromowce Niżne - Szczawnica). And the guys here agreed to come pick us up at Tylnanowa anyway, just our one kayak!

Easygoing and friendly service, Ms. Estera doing her best for clients. Picturesque and not complicated route, I'd say would be great and safe to go with kids. Once you are in Kraków and have free day - kayaking with Port Pienin is an option to choose. Strongly recommend.
