Korzkiew Castle

Great visiting place, nice for a quick walk in the near park and forest area. Very interesting castle with rooms and spaces for rental - photoshoots, balls, family gatherings or so.

Very beautiful castle, it's also a hotel and place to get married, we only stopped by to check it out, very pleasent surprise we didn't have to pay anything for parking or entry. It's pretty small size castle but very pretty and looks like owner is still working on renovation the rest of the castle, if you in the area worth stooping by, also it is close to several hundred years old church.

The best castle hotel we've been to (and we like to leave in castles)! The owner gets respect for making everything NOT cheep. When restoring old castle most owners use cheep materials, taps, interior etc. This castle has everything done expensive and custom made. Even the entrance door key is a big iron wrought item! We highly recommend the castle. It deserves to be fully booked all year though.
Unlike most polish castle staff, here everybody speaks English well enough to be completely helpful. The receptionist girl helped us greatly when we arrived by ordering a dinner at a restaurant nearby.
The only downside is a lack of a restaurant / cafe in the castle.
But the breakfast is great!! We were the only guests at the hotel, and a huge old fashioned table was set for just two of us and it looked so much ancient and authentic!

Great beautiful rooms with fireplaces. Our family stayed in 3. Breakfast with hot eggs & sausage included. Coffee and tea available all day. 30 minutes outside Krakow.

Really nice small little castle, you need 15min to go and see couple of castle rooms. There is also a small path in the woods good for a short walk. Everything is free.

A hotel of a high international standard. Beautiful, atmospheric castle, very tastefully decorated. Friendly staff, high standard breakfast and very clean rooms. A wonderful experience to stay in a restored medieval castle.

Staying in a castle was certainly a dream come true.
The castle in Korzkiew, was built in the 14th century. It is located about 13km to the north of Kraków, and can be a bit difficult to get to if you don't speak Polish or Russian. But it's definitely worth the trip as it's a real retreat, perched on a hill surrounded by forest and a park founded in 1820, stretching in the valley between the wooded hillside and the Korzkiewka River. There is also a 17th century parish church is visible on the adjacent hill.
The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are several nearby dining options that the hosts can help direct you to.
We stayed in the Green Room, one of the four rooms available in the renovated tower section of the castle.
The castle keep is still undergoing renovations but it's large halls are suitable for various function.
The grounds are kept in a lovely condition and depending on the time of year make a nice outside breakfast location.

It's a great place for a break. Don't expect superior castle. It doesn't make sense to choose this place as travel destination but it's a wonderful place for a coffee or meal.

For a team meeting for homeworks.nl we hired the castle and let them organize our BBQ. The location was just perfect aswell as the BBQ. We all enjoyed the stay.

Quite a pretty small castle, the entrance is free and you can stroll through a few chambers.

Beautiful place to stay in, unreal when you can sleep like a King in a castle.
