Mr. Greek Souvlaki

An authentic Greek restaurant in Warsaw (I do not know so many) in a quiet and pleasant part of Saska Kępa. The (Greek) owner is a nice person, the food is really tasty, most dishes come with home made bred and home made fries (really good!!). The restaurant also offers good Greek wines, beers and ouzo ... what else? By nice weather, there is a small terrace on the street, which makes the experience even more "mediterranean".

Food was great, home wine tasted sooooo good, we did not book a table in advance and a very helpful waitress found one for us one downstairs. Highly recommended if you wanna join Greek cuisine and back to holiday chill.

Great food, good price, service is also good but a bit in a hurry. Definitely one of the best greeks I’ve ever had!

Nice place for a simple meal in a friendly buzzy atmosphere. Grilled meat was moist enough as for grill ☺ and potatoes were perfectly baked 🙌🏼 I expected to have tomatoes on the side, because I saw pictures from before… but we got only cabbage salad 🥲
But generally, the menu is reasonably priced, the taste was better than I expected 😜 and the service was nice and friendly, a bit slow however 😛
Most importantly - HOME WINE WAS GREAT 👀 while having medium intensity of taste, it was fruity and refreshing, served in a slightly chilled temperature 🌞
Btw, it’s a family place, so expect many children there 🤓
I will def come back.

Honestly an amazing restaurant!! As I am from Greece I can say that the food was delicious and it was like we were in Greece. The owner Mr. Panos and the whole staff were so hospitable! If we will come again to Poland we will definitely visit the restaurant again!!

We went for diner, 3 adults and one youngling. Had no idea what to pick and they proposed us a mix.
It was tasty and food prepared fast.
But!!!

But!
What gave us an incredible experience is Michaelos (I definitely have no clue how to write it properly, apologize for that) full of energy and easy going.
I didn't remember when I had such enjoyable moment in a tavern (he insisted on that, it's not a restaurant, it's a tavern!) we had laugh, we broke glass and ... Got another one, a full one, without even asking.

Place is adapted for a family diner or a date, if weather permits it, the terrasse will be perfect.

Dessert? You want to try the orange cake! It's delicious.

Definitely a place we will come back with great pleasure, plan or unplanned, with kids or without .

Im only giving five starts because I really needed something different then typical cold and unfriendly polish dinning.
Mr.Greek gave us warmth and little of that great hospitality atmosphere.

Clothes directly in washing machine,smelled like I was the chef for the last week.

The first visit today and definitely not the last one!
The food was kept to the original - really tasty, and tzatziki just amazing! We had chicken gyros (must try!) and halloumi souvlaki. In general I avoid giving 5*, but the atmosphere there, and humor of the serving team was just superb. I hadn’t felt that welcomed in any other place in a while. Great vibe! ❤

Greece is one of my favorite spots on Earth where I spent magnificient 3 years of my life. So for me there was not too much doubt which place to visit to woke up memorys... I was very shy entering place couse its little bit hiden from main spot, but once I entered and heard music, 💙 started to work gratefully. Tables , chairs, decor all was music for my senses. Typical Greek guy welcomes me how only Greeks know, was very delighted that I know few words on his language.
I ordered Souvlaki Kirino, and even thou meet wasnt 100% as I expected, potatoes that goes with it was homemade and they steal the show. Once u add nice pita and tzatziki, u cant stay cold hearted and not to give it a 5*, eveb thou it was more 4.5 , but still, I get what I cane there for...

Great, original Greek food. Excellent meat quality, authentic dips, refreshing lemonade. Nothing super fancy but honest and simple. Service was friendly and attentive.

Very nice greek🇬🇷 restaurant , beautiful atmosphere in a quite nabourhood , dishes presentation and taste excellent original like in Greece to 100% food serving by smiling owner of restaurant. logical prices at market price level. For me as a Greek I recomend it to everyone.... I am glad to have in Warsaw such lovely place 🙂

It is a lovely place with the great ambient. Amazing food, funny staff and unforgettable surroundings of Saska Kępa. It is a great place for a sumer date!

Absolutely spot on, keftedes was something that I've never tried but fell in love instantaneously. Great place, small but very cosy. Super friendly staff. Might be somewhat busy on the weekend so plan accordingly. Will definitely come back 😊👍
