Nice place to stay with a convenient location. The rooms are clean and have all necessary facilities.
It seems like this hostel tends to meet all the conditions in terms of inclusivity and barrier-free because there is a folding ramp at the entrance. But the thing is it's unclear if it works or not because it is covered with packaging.

The check in was very smooth and the two guys working were great and helpful.

You get a set of bedsheets upon check in, there is a pillow and a blanket on the bed, as well as towels in the bathroom.

The hostel is VERY CLEAN! The bathroom was cleaner than most people's home bathrooms.

There is a shower gel, liquid hand soap, and hair dryer.

The bed was comfy, and the room was REALLY warm which is great for these cold, winter days&nights.

The checkout was even easier. Just leave your card at the reception.

The guy at the reception when I was leaving was also very lovely and helpful.

For those who like and can walk, Hostel is located at a nice area, but for those who can't... it is a bit of a walk from the metro.

The place very fine, rooms very cool. Kids place at the first floor is very good idea, bet it is close to the outside, in winter season the location is not good, because the door often are opened.
The bar is nice, at the evening it could be wiser menu. But overall we were satisfied. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay in Warsaw for a short of long visit. Friendly staff, and absolutely value for money. The breakfast spread can be better.

Very good place for 1-2 night stay. Comfortable and clean room. Very kind personnel. Very good location near the top center. Maybe paperless check-in on-site would be possible there. I don't like to leave my personal data on loose paper.

Amazing, clean, nice hostel. Modern room, very spacious. I really enjoyed to stay there. Helpful staff. Umid is the best, he helped me with a lot information about the city.

We had a great stay at A&O Warsaw. We were a family of 4, and stayed three nights. Staff was kind and helpful, and when we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, they did a great job. Overall we were very satisfied.

It's a bit of a walk to the central area but if you have a transport pass that won't matter. Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.

I have stayed at this hostel more than once over the years and have only experienced wonderful service from various people over the years. My most recent visit I have received exceptional service from Umid who went out of his way to be kind and make sure I felt welcome. Peter, the security personnel, did an exceptional job at upholding policy of the grounds while maintaining professionalism and making sure everything was comfortable for all guests. Overall, would recommend to anyone who is interested in staying in a quality hostel while having a wonderful price for a stay in Warsaw.

Parking guy is a real BYDŁO( jerk). They have 33 parking lots upfront, and some on the back( for stuff). When I came ( with Ukrainian car plate) he told me you have to leave no place available. We had a discussion where he told me 3 times you have to leave, and I complained that I have paid money yesterday and if they know that they are short with parking lots, they should not have take money for parking from other people)
He was really rude, we had an argument. He told me you have to leave, when I parked upfront and told him okay, I go to have a discussion with reception, he suggested to park on the back. Really Rude. spoiled whole impression of our stay. BUDŁO

Good location with a walking distance to the metro station. Feels more like a hotel and not a hostel... very chic. Clean and tidy throughout with a good service at the reception. The breakfast is sufficient... not too fancy but adequate for this value for money. Great place to explore the city or use as a sleepover after a gig or other event. Would highly recommend.

It’s a nice Hotel and near to the City Center… the workers are very nice and everything is pretty clean.

If you remember that it’s a hostel and not a hotel then this is probably the second best hostel I’ve stayed in. At my age, Oldish, I enjoy the vibe and the easy use of facilities etc etc. The en-suite room is perfect for what you need as, when on holiday, it’s all about travel, travel, sleep and travel again. Hope to be back soon

Modern and stylish hotel. Separate toilet and bathroom, spacious room. It was abnormally hot outside, but the room was comfortable. Hard mattress, I slept like a baby. On the ground floor there is a children's corner, a vending machine with snacks and various useful things (phone cable, etc.). The hotel seemed very quiet, I did not hear any sounds from the hallway or other rooms
