If you’re a foreigner and want top-notch customs clearance, Adrian is the person to go to. He assists with every document and every step that needs to be taken, and responds incredibly quickly via email (honestly, I’ve never encountered anyone who responds this fast via email, especially in 2024!). He provides support with literally everything. Overall, it took me just three days to complete the entire process. I submitted my documents, had my technical inspection the next day, and by the third day, I received my updated license plates and documents.

Additionally, Adrian speaks excellent English and is extremely friendly, which is quite rare here. It’s not often that I meet someone so helpful and welcoming, especially towards Ukrainians.
