I think Magdalena is a great coach. You can easily notice her experience in scrum trainings. She knows when to talk and when to let others share their opinions. Magda has a lot of energy and believes in what she is teaching. I found myself a scrum evangelist after the class :) I liked the form of PAL-e training (graphs and visualizations instead of raw theory) as well as tools (this was the first time I used Mural but it was really fun).

I went through the PAL-EBM training with Magda and my experience was excellent. We had parallel discussions that were really interesting, the environment was relaxed and she was able to get people talking, which many trainers failed to do.
