I was waiting to be supported because I will be buying laptop and accessories, then Aleksander came; I wanted to thank Aleksander of iSpot Blue City for taking the time to assist me, explain to me the specs, explain to me what I need and best accessories and also giving me discounts on the other items I bought. I was looking for iphone 14 pro or iphone 14 plus.
Went to this shop, phones were more expensive than in Mediamarkt. But in the end i have returned to iSpot even thenprice is higher. Why? Because in Mediamarkt no emotions when buying such an expensive devise. In ispot i felt those emotions so its worth it.
Thanks to salesman Peter (or Piotr), he helped me a lot to make the correct decision about which phone to buy. 14 pro was the winner.
For sure recommend this shop and this guy!
In Europe its hard to find the service quality in retail as we have in Ukraine. This shop is pretty much close to it! If i have to buy new device, i will come to this shop again for sure.

I really hope all the good things happen to Maja because she saved my holiday ... And my sanity! My phone went to the apple store in the sky after I took it to a bog and Estonian rain fried its motherboard. I tried two times, with four technicians, to get a new phone and the phones wouldn't work. Maja diagnosed the issue and finally I have a working phone and can access my bank accounts etc (still working on Google, hence why I'm using my bestie's account to write this review - she is also very happy as my broken phone saga has been very stressful for her too).

So thank you, Maja! We are toasting your health with excellent vodka in Praga tonight. And if the boss reads this - give this woman a pay rise!

I recently purchased ipad from ispot blue city. I would they have provided the best service in warsaw as I visited many ispot stores. Especially Piotr he explained everything and feel us comfortable. I recommend here especially for english speakers.
