People drive to Dumbraveni specifically for this restaurant and I understand why. The food is great, service impeccable, too bad there is not much to do around here. I think the town has potential and Baum knows it. With a little help, it might turn into a tourist attraction. Anyway, whatever you choose, food wise, you can't go wrong

Excellent. We will be back to spoil ourselves.
A huge and real heavy menu in leather with very good and yummy pictures and short explanations both in Romanian and English.
From fish to veal, poultry, soups, mezze, wine and coffee. A good and healthy desert also: cakes, fruits ice-cream.
Zebra, crocodile in the menu.
Clean, waiters smile all the time, know the menu and what and how to recommend.
The dishes came very quickly.
Tasty, very tasty.

One of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure to dine in and I will certainly be back as soon as possible.

Food is superlative, menu is varied and they have a lot to offer from simple and affordable items to premium exotic products with a higher price tag but everything is 10/10 value for money.

Outside sitting area looks like something out of a fairy tale and the dining experience is carefully thought through down to the very last details.

Service was remarkably swift, customer focused and friendly.

On the minus side if I were to think of something, the beer selection is rather poor, yet they more than make up for it with an exquisite wine offer.

This place is a hidden gem of România. We went before X-mas and it was like in a fairy tale. If you want good food with the best service and the best atmosphere you have definitely to come here. I can't wait to go there again. The decorations were like we was in USA and the food was really good for a honest price.

Absolutely great! For me it was a surprise to discover such a nice place in the middle of nowhere. First of all, our waiter was nice, polite and very helpful. Food was great, waiting time more than decent, prices according to the features. I will definitely come back.

I had the blessings to eat at a unique restaurant in a picturesque village in Transylvania. The facility's sophisticated and unique vibe first hit me upon entering. You could see that a lot of thought and effort had gone into the restaurant's decor and atmosphere.

The restaurant's decor was lovely, but it was the exceptional quality of the food that truly wowed me. Steaks, rib-eyes, and t-bones, all expertly prepared from meat that had been aged to perfection, stood out to me on the menu as something I hadn't been able to get anyplace else in Romania. The food was exquisite and expertly prepared.

Truth be told, I was completely floored by my meal at this one unique Transylvanian eatery. I will never forget the moment, from the exquisite meal to the breathtaking decor. Those who are in the region and haven't tried this place yet should do so immediately.

It was such an unique experince, everything looks so jolly and the menu was overwhelming but in a good way.
The food was delicous and the variety of dishes thanked everybody.

Simply great! In Dumbraveni, located in the center, it’s a oasis! Unbelievable food, perfect atmosphere, good prices! I totally recommend beef sirloin, pork sirloin stuffed with Plescoi. Actually u can try anything. Even crocodile steak or zebra. And yes, it is very very good. If u pass near by, Baum is a must!

We had a great Sunday lunch at this place! Food was delicious, good services. You should really make a reservation if you don't want to leave disappointed. The place is crowded so better plan first.
Food does not come really fast but for sure it's worth the waiting. Totally recommended it!

Very unexpected, we were at a local dog show and wanted a close place to eat.
The food quality and variety is incredible. Everything you want from local dishes to items to satisfy anyone, including venison, exotic meat types.
The staff was exceptional, very prompt and willing to help.
The restaurant is huge but very beautiful, it reminds me of American style restaurants, dinners. Also note that on the premise there are slot machines and housing facilities.

Important for pet owners, the location is pet friendly, we went with a group of three dogs, they had no problem accommodating us and even offering water bowl for them.

It was the only place we found as tourists on the 1st of May, the locals sent us here to eat the daily menu. Although the prices are way above what I expected from a small town, the food didn't let us down. Service was overly kind, the place looked amazing, and everything we ordered was flawless. And the town's history on the papers from the table was a better place to learn than the museum which was not open.

Excellent food, great taste. The house red and white wine was very good too. The service was also good. The wifi only works if u have local sim.

Divine food, in my opinion you can't get any better food anywhere in the area. The staff is very well trained and is super friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is fantastic. Nice outside area, with a lot of plants and flowers, plenty of room for many diners since there are a lot of tables, even so, I would recommend reserving a table in advance, it isn't necessary, but better be sure you can get a table. On the downside, there are not so many parking spots. I highly recommend this place, it is a must visit if you are in the area.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere and service was great! From regular pasta to zebra, wild boar and alligator.. their menu had all sorts of different items at very reasonable prices. Would definitively recommend!

The menu is a leather bound chapter book to rival the Redbook of Westmarch. The mici (Romanian sausages) are enough to feed two. T-bone pork steak was excellent. Peppered penne was kind of meh. But great presentation. Heated outdoor seating. Great for large groups.
