A 4 stars hotel that becomes 5 stars and more because of the fine, friendly, helpful people that work there and also its wonderful restaurant!!! Keep on the good work. Special mention to front desk manager Diana and also Alin at the restaurant.

Great stay - welcoming and friendly stuff, 10+ for cleanliness, very confortable beds and the last but not the least - the most delicious food.

I loved my stay at the hotel.. The people were so lovely. Starting from the reception to the restaurant. I definitely would recommend Mercure hotel. The position of the hotel is ideal, its spacious and also very clean.. I will definitely go back.

Very friendly staff ready to help with all you need. Warm and clean place to stay, close to the city.
The food is delicious!
Also very good for groups or team buildings as they have good conference rooms and outside terrace.
The swimming pool is clean and very large.
Ready to return anytime!

Amazing hotel, wonderful atmosphere, perfectly clean, excellent pool, very very quiet place, kind and nice employees, especially Diana who is the secret of the hotel's success in my opinion, A very wonderful woman, smiling, helps with everything, accompanies the guests with every request, if we return to the hotel again it is only because of the amazing Diana.
There is no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel, inside the hotel there are stairs between the rooms which makes it a little difficult to carry bags.

The hotel has also a traditional farm nearby, with excellent experience for waling, activities, enjoying nature. All green around you, clean air.

The hotel is not a 5 stars hotel, but the staff is definitely a 5 stars one. They are helpful, smiling all the time.
In our room(106), there were a few small issues with hygiene, lack of some good toiletries. The bed was confy and clean.

The pool is a nice place to spend some time, with a green surrounding also.
The food was good.

Lovely staff, good food, very clean, relaxing pool and spa and sophisticated rooms, I will definitely recommend it!

Clean, spacious and very well equipped rooms. Very friendly staff. Private parking in front of the hotel. City center within walking distance (est. 15-20 minutes). Only neighbours disturbed with loud door-closing-sound.

Location close to city centre, modern and renovated rooms, amazing swimming pool, great food and friendly staff. Good value for money! Highly recommended!

The Hotel is situated in a perfect place in bewtween hills and woods, and still just 5min to the city center. The rooms where just new renovated from the top to the bodom and 100% clean and very elegant and beautiful furnished. The personal is very kind and helpful. We had a great stay here! Absolutely recomandet!!

I stayed there with my wife for two nights and leaving that hotel too soon was the only regret we had.

It's a child's play to get there, as long as the hotel is on Google Maps from ages a go...! Even if it is not in the centre of the town, it's a marvellous idea to have a 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest gate of the old town.

We arrived after 5 PM but our room wasn't ready yet due to an important sport event. However, the staff from reception desk relentlessly offered us a large variety of cookies and fruits, tea and coffee while waiting in the lobby.

The breakfast was great and the staff did their the best to please young and old, even the uneducated people who woke up at 7:30 AM to eat and stole more food for later, probably for after 1 more hour-long nap. :)

The swimming pool was amazingly clean and the two types of sauna satisfied every expectation.

Clean place, rooms are big enough and there are a lot of activities because it has a big farm with a lake, there is a zipline over the lake, there is also enough place for parties and other fun activities. Food was good. It's a good place for a team-building or a family trip

Love this place! The best staff ever, rooms are beautiful and bed very comfortable! Breakfast was included and was great. Love that they are pet friendly. We are coming back

4 persons had Dinner, very tasty (grilled beef and pork fillet, Rosé) and a very good service.

August 9th, we had been there again as couple: Wiener Schnitzel and grilled beef fillet, which were both very good. Especially the egetables were fresh and not overcooked. Service again was Kindle engaged.

Nice rooms, great parking, bit complicated to get to.

All is fine, personal super nice and careful, room hudge ( loft ) with comfy beds at superior floor, 2 tv set, location near wood, silence - only birds singing - good food at decent prices and the pool...the cleanest and nicest ! And I loved walking barefoot in the fresh grass at the sunbeds area ( witch is big too). My only little problem was with wifi - it disconnect often - at the pool or outside, so I reconnect it often. Recomand this place !

Shared a room with my wife. We got boufet for breakfest and it had it all. Had acces to the 1.5m deep pool and swimmed for hours. They offered us robes and shoes so we can go to the pool. The staff were greeting us every morning and were very polite.
