A nice selection of products ranging from very cheap to high with some premium products.
The staff is very helpful and easy to find inside the different areas of the store.
Due to the location it's easy to find parking space during weekdays. During the weekend it tends to be almost crowded especially regarding parking spots. This isn't a big drawback because of the agesant parking from nearby business.
The online store manages very well the stock between the locations and also accepts order and pickup.

Placed an online order, the product was sent to the pick-up area in a couple of hours after placing the order. Went to pick up the order in the same day in the evening, the staff was very kind and willing to help.
Purchased product is of good quality and in the best condition (no scratches, etc).

The store has good quality products and the staff is helpful.
But, for some products there are no cheap options. For example, they had only Bosch concrete drill bit that is much more expensive than generic brands.

Huge collection with low price

Helpful staff, lots of various items to choose from, maybe more check-out points would be useful. And I didn't get why the blades for the pendular jigsaw were enclosed in a cabinet while other similar items were left on normal selfs

Every Dedeman Rep who we asked for help was very helpful. The store has a very large variety of items; way more than we've seen in stores alike in other western countries! And, things are neatly stored and well displayed. Instructions are clear where one can find what. And, at the cash register, cashier was very professional. Five star store

You can be sure to find here everything you need to fix or improve your home. They even have flowers, garden furniture, appliances and hobby items. Be sure to check out the pet zone where you can buy food, accessories and live fish.

Good prices and many products for your house.

Staff is helpful. You could find pretty much everything you need for home improvement and other construction materials. Prices are variable from cheap to expensive.

Eventhough we arrieved at 20.30 on a saturday, it was a pleasure to find all the products we really needed. I higly recommend.
