Am fost la service cu aspiratorul. In 15 minute am plecat cu el reparat. Totul a decurs perfect. Showroom-ul este pe măsura brandului.

Am primit la toate electrocasnicele garantie 10 ani, mai putin la expresor care a fost cel mai scump (aprox 17.000 ron) insa cu garantie de doar 2 ani, neputand sa o extind nici contra cost la momentul respectiv. Le detin de aprox 3 ani si nu am avut nici cea mai mica problema, utilizandu-le conform manualului si folosind produse Miele. Mereu suportul telefonic, pentru ca am avut cateva nedumeriri, a fost ca la carte !

A Szervizzel kapcsolatban irok. Volt egy problèmàm a Mielle kv automatàval , felhivtam a service , illedelmesek ès kedvesek voltak nagyon . Tanácsot adtak , hogy tudjam megoldani a problèmàmat de vègul csak elkellett kuldjem a szervizbe. Illedelmesek ès kedvesek Voltak amikor csak felhivtam öket Telefonon . Megjavitottàk a kv automatàmat ès javasoltàk , hogy hogy an hasznàljam tovàbb . Èn nagyon elègedett vagyok a szervizzel .

Desi am ajuns cu 30 minute inainte de inchidere am putut sa vedem ceea ce doream iar personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne-a asistat pe toata durata vizitei. Au raspuns tuturor intrebarilor noastre oferindu-ne informatii detaliate.

Sunt angajat Miele de 11 ani. Totusi primesc intrebarea "Cum a fost la Miele Center?"
Răspuns: Minunat. Este locul meu de munca si ma simt foarte bine. Îmi place muncă mea.
