Nature reserve located next to the river Zasavica. Zasavica has a huge field for walking, where donkeys, pigs, horses, cows, goats walk freely... there are many birds, you can run into beavers. In addition to the walking tour, it is also possible to tour by tourist bus or go by river. plIn addition to this, there is a small restaurant, a playground for children, a large viewpoint from which everything can be seen, and also a large parking lot. The main attraction is to either buy or bring carrots or similar and feed the numerous tame donkeys.

Beautiful place, cute animals, inexpensive food and a boat ride. It's a great way to spend a single day in the weekend. I can't recommend it enough if you'd like a quiet time in nature.

The best place for relaxation and rest, located just an hour's drive from Belgrade. If you love nature, peace, silence, animals, then this is the right place for you. The nature reserve offers various opportunities, from guided tours of Zasavica with an expert guide, boat rides, various educational workshops, and all the way to accommodation and food. Here you have the opportunity to escape from the city crowd, and to feel the charm of real nature together with your family, to introduce children to different types of animals (donkeys, horses, cattle, mangulica pigs), to forget all your problems at least for a while and enjoy to the maximum! Heaven on earth, be sure to visit it every couple of months!

A unique landscape and a great opportunity for children to see farm animals. The access road could be better marked: for instance, coming from the direction of Zasavica 1, you have to turn onto an unmarked mud road and the main access road from Zasavica 2 is no better, as the road signage is faded. There is plenty of (free of charge) parking space in front of the main entrance.

Amazing place to take your family and enjoy the day outdoors. There is a fee to get in (2 adults, 2 children = 1400RSD) but it's well worth the money. It's only an hour away from Belgrade so the trip is not demanding on children.

Beautiful place to see with amazing nature. They even have a ranch with animals. you have an option to pay a boat trip through the canal and see the nature as well. The boat trip is not so expensive, less than five euros per person. Also you have a big parking space. Inside of the reserve there are big picnic areas and also restaurant and shops.

The nature and animals were just amazing. Most of the animals are tame and you can pet them. Besides that there are a couple of good hiking tracks

Wonderful and happy place where animals freely roam on wide pastures and you can walk amongst them. Very friendly donkeys will meet, greet and follow you while you observe and walk by horses, cows and sheep. We had a wonderful Domestic coffee in a restaurant Etno house. Fantastic place to take kids to….

Extraordinary and a beautiful place to reconnect with nature. A Balkan style safari, but with horses, cows and donkeys instead of lions and giraffes. A great place for families, especially for little kids. A scenic ride across the compound with a guide is a must, boat ride on the other side, not as much

A wonderful place for a real contact with nature and animals. Buffaloes, cows, donkeys, pigs, horses, sheep walk around. The animals are tame and cuddly. Birds fly everywhere, storks, herons, sparrows. The ponds can be fished. The boats are sunk, so they can't be rented. The boat leaves only in the morning, so we were late at 3 p.m. There is a tour by some vehicle, but even that was not available. There is also a pedestrian bike path, so you can approach animals and walk in a herd of buffalo, donkeys, cows and the like. Beautiful place. Recommend to visit. It's beautiful for children. I do not describe the commercial part, because that is not the goal of the visit to the reserve. Water lilies and insects are everywhere. Ticket for adults 300 dinars and for children 200 dinars.

Zasavica has a lot of options for a whole day or even longer. A great place to chill and relax, whether you are alone, with your friends or with your family / children. Free parking space is available. They have a small entrance fee. At Zasavica you can find a small ZOO, a guest house, a camping place, a cafe, a view tower etc. Take a walk or short boat trip through the beautiful landscape, or even try the world's most expensive cheese. Visit this place. Enjoy exploring.

Great place for lovely weekend. Very interesting for children too. Even though it has a lot of visitors on non working days, it does not feel like crowded.
