The resort lies right in front of solid skiing tracks and provides very nice traditional dinner selection and good breakfast.

The bar has a good selection of spirits (including good whiskey and rums)

The resort has an outdoors jacuzzi, midsize swimming pool with toys and nice sauna options enjoyable after a day full of skiing.

I definitely suggest asking for the flambeed coffee, which is an extraordinary show (around a standard price for mixed cocktails you will get a beautiful fire show with tasty results served in an almost illusionist like fashion). Don't miss out on this.

Ski Šachticky is beautiful place. During spring, summer, autumn you can go for a trip on Panský diel hill, to Špania Dolina or Donovaly. In winter you can go for a ski or cross country ski. Hotel is little bit older, but it is clean, wellness included and restaurant is very tasty.
You can spend there very nice time.

Despite being small it's quite variable, with beautiful views and very reasonable price. Good for hiking, cross-country skiing and ski touring.

Nice place. Beatifull views from near hill. Services are very good for that money. It is visible that they are upgrading hotel step by step. Something is new and someting is old. But I can recomend it overall.
