Poonyamantra Resort Chiang Rai

I must have stayed here 8-10 times since first visit back in 2014. Lovely place, friendly and very kind and helpful staff, rooms are very nice. Location is great, if you want to explore Doi Tung area, gas stations, 7-11, restaurants, all nearby. I love the pool too.

Great location as start point for trips to the surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent and included a variety of food for every taste (incl. fresh veggies/salads), our bungalow was spacious and super-clean, the bed was so comfortable. In my opinion the Poonyamantra is underrated and offers excellent value-for-money! Highly recommended.

Cozy place. We were traveling across the country and tended to stay overnight and leave early morning to visit the next site. But here we stayed half a day. Beautiful place, nice balcony to drink your morning coffee. Breakfast is buffet style, food is good quality.
There is hot water in the shower, but no mosquito nets.
The pool is marvelous.
Some minor cons: At night, some people might find the frogs a bit disturbing. I failed to get internet from their WiFi. NO water slides like on the photos

Quiet romantic resort especially for couples.

Just went there gor the swimming pool. Very quiet, good atmosphere, great location and friendly staff.

I was not very happy with the food here. I have been living in Thailand for 6 years and the Thai food here was very average. The function room and breakfast was ok but I would not recommend the food.

ราคาไม่แพงจนไม่อยากคาดหวัง แต่เข้ามาแล้วชอบ บรรยกาศดี อาหารเช้าอร่อยใหม่ร้อน ห้องพักหมอนนอนสบาย ใกล้ที่เที่ยว หลายแห่ง อากาศดี สะอาดเก่าไปนิดแต่ก็ไม่แย่ ไม่มีผลต่อการพักจริงๆ ต้องมาซ้ำคาะได้มาในราคาไม่ถึงพันพร้อมอาหารเช้า

这度假村价格比特别好，地点虽然偏了点但离多东王宫，翠峰茶园非常近，而且,华人村- 老象塘新村就在隔壁。 老板和服务员的态度是一流。房间非常舒适，还有泳池和设备相当不错的健身房，院子里的一花一草都修的非常整齐。
