Great place to stay! I couldn’t recommend it enough. The hosts were very welcoming and always available to help. The room was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A great way to start off my trip in Tunisia!

The best place to stay in all of Tunisia!

It was an absolute delight staying with Bannour and his family for a few days. It is an incredibly welcoming place, we felt extremely safe and secure. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Thankyou for making our experience in hergla so great!

Excellence food. Mostly local fish brought into the port 100 meters away, grilled in front of you. But also a nice omelette for our vegetarian. Several course meal for one price. Very fresh veggies. There are other places in town with a view of the ocean, but this place has a homey feel in the center of town. When we were there, there was only one man who both cooked and served. He was very friendly and said he only spoke Arabic and French, but his English was still pretty good!

we just found this restaurant on google maps and it was one of the best memories in Tunis. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The food was also one of the best parts. It was delicious and was an affordable price comparing to the quality. Try visiting this place for good memories.

Just came for the restaurant, and we were not disappointed. Chef cooked all the food from scratch right next to us, and had plenty of aperitifs to keep us busy while we waited. Absolutely fantastic food, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent restaurant experience.

Very nice food, we had fish, made in front of us. Very delicious and the amibient is very nice and traditional. The owner is very kind and polite. All recommenationa from us.

Very good food. Our dinner was 72 dinners for the two of us. There were several entrees and good fish. Alcohol is not available, I don’t think anywhere in this town.

Breakfast pass also excellent for six euros.

We had the room downstairs, which was very spacious, but the mattress was a bit old with spirals in it. You could hear the upstairs people and it was remarkably quiet during the night no cars drive through the street during the night. It is a nice and quiet village. Internet was working. Great great hospitality. Very nice and accommodating family. Not pushy or commercial at all. This place is not very touristic at all. I can recommend this place full heartedly. Shukran!!

This place is adorable. Family-owned and flexible. Close to the beach and the main square. Sitting outside is pleasant & the studios are well-decorated. The food is always fresh, and they are extremely accommodating to menu requests. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place. They were very welcoming and sweet. The rooms were beautiful and well cared for. Not to mention the quality of food; home made and very delicious. Everything was neat and had the touch of a true artist. I loved staying there and I’d definitely revisit. Totally recommend

I had one of my best fish experiences in Hergla.
Mr Banour offered me to bring my fresh fish from the fish shop next door and her grilled it to me, then served it with a super tasty potatoes.
This is for sure a must do experience whenever you reach Hergla!
