We bought here Chicco baby stroller for almost 5k Turkish lira one year ago. From the first day stroller was not good and it was not going straight with baby of 8 kg inside. There was also no back holder. My daughter was all the time gliding down. During first two weeks we asked for change the baby stroller because it was hard to drive it, it was all the time going to one side. They send it to Istanbul and Chicco service “didn’t find any troubles”. For today, just after one year it is not possible to use baby stroller at all. For my opinion they are selling not original things and they were not sending stuff for Istanbul. I would never buy something expensive from the store.
