Manuela Hotel

I’m from NYC and the Manuel hotel provided better service than many hotels in Manhattan. When looking for a hotel, my deciding factor for choosing Manuel was that they didn’t have BAD REVIEWS. Every hotel has good reviews but they also have bad reviews. Manuela only has GOOD!

Cihan, his supervisor, and many of the other staff members treated my Gf and I like kings and queens and I could not recommend them more.

They helped us with transport from the airport to the hotel, food recommendations, called taxis for us and much more!

Now, the only downside is the room was a bit dirty BUT the price point of the hotel and the quality of the service easily makes up for that!

They care about their customers, their business, etc… and that really shows! They work hard !

The Manuela Hotel is ideally located on the seafront in the tranquil caostal village resort of Bitez. Owned by Oktay Basyurt and managed by Argie and his wonderful team, actually, really more like a family, you feel immediately at home and welcome upon arrival. Manuela hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained. It boasts a peaceful pool area, fabulous buffet, seafront restaurant, massive outdoor screen arena for sports enthusiasts, and provides top entertainment every single night free of charge. Dance the night away with Cuban Salsa bands, Karaoke, Kevin from London and Chris from Ireland and lots more... state of the art stage and lighting engineered with great skill by DJ Ali. Sun beds are provided daily free of charge on Manuela's private beach and staff are always corteous and at hand throughout the day. The food in the buffet and restaurant is of the highest standard, prepared and presented with care and great attention to detail, and is very reasonably priced - as are the beverages. My personal favourite is the Café Cortado. I developed a daily ritual of sitting back at lunchtime, soaking in the sun and tranquility and gazing out on the breathtaking views of the yachts on the bay. A warm glow of peace, serenity, and a deep sense of belonging is the hallmark of Manuela.
Some people have been coming to Manuela for over 30 years -  sometimes twice a year. The reason is simple - Manuela is a very special place! Teşekkür ederim kardeşler!

Lovely seafront hotel, standard clean rooms and great food. The best thing is without doubt... the wonderful staff and Oktay the head man! So friendly... treats guests like family. Amazing top quality free entertainment in the beach bar every night, fab cocktails etc. Non residents are also made very welcome.

We had an amazing summer vacation at Manuela hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The beach and the restaurant were a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a Raki. Also the location is perfect and close to many dynamic areas. I thank the whole team for such great experience and i hope to come back very soon!

Stayed in ambrosia next door but spent most of our time in Manuela. Great capachino, drinks while same price as all other venues these were QUALITY, thanks smiler. Food good, service excellent and staff better than family 😁. Booking for next year.

OK it's not a 5 star hotel, and rooms are dated, but and there is big but
The staff is amazing starting from reception staff, to car park attender, to beach, bar and restaurant staff, and even cleaners. They are just brilliant, well mannered, good hearted, they made our holiday. If you are on a small budget and want good service without hassle this is certainly the place to stay. P. S. its right on the beach, plenty of beds, clean sea.

Had a great 9 night stay. Lovely room, single plus a double bed...very comfy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Ate at other restaurants but food at the manella was the best. No problems with getting a sunbed on beach....free as well. People want a 5 star hotel for 2 star prices. Will definitely return

Well.. Where to start?! Frankly speaking, I finally feel recovered, and I mean literally; by all means! This is my 2nd round at this beautiful place and what I've experienced so far-I've been here for 4 days this year-is just delightful! I can see that they took my advices from last year into consideration which totally is an asset for them; the dining hall, beach and rooms are in a way better condition when compared to the last year. Even though the bartender from last year is no longer with them, I for one can assure you that the new one, whom I can say is so resourceful, will totally make you satisfied with his delicious cocktails! Besides, the lovely British musicians I've listened so far this year totally made my day that I found peace in here; maybe even more than last year. "SPLENDID" should be the most accurate definition for Manuela and I do recommend here to everyone for a lovely summer vacation...

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location right next to the beach. The staff were all super friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable and the music in the bar was an added bonus.

Friendships, Meals, Sea, a relaxing perfect environment for all. With one word, incredible, along with well tailored music taste which you never find out on anywhere. İ strongly suggest to visit and stay in this area on surprisingly positive private location. Concert events also available in front of Aegean Sea. Definitely you gonna have best vacation experience.

Another great point is that the owner and managerial staff have been there since my first visit 10+ years ago. A big friendly family they are and the is always there dealing with the place himself. What a joy its been to stay here over the years.

Where to start. Beautiful beachside setting with a totally laid back and relaxing atmosphere. The owner Okta always greets you with a smile and Arg is Mr fixit, nothing to much trouble. All staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help. Food and drink reasonably priced and very good. Would totally recommend.

Food is open bufet and fresh selection. Friendly staff. Adjacent to the beach. Calm water ideal for kids. Live music and dance. However, there are better spots to swim further away from the city.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel so relaxing and beautiful and staff made you feel so special couldn't do enough for us we had such fun entertainment every night Turkish night was amazing argie who managed everything joined in dancing and made a brilliant time in all food is amazing really good endo and smile at bar is so lovely charming made us laugh all the staff was like family made some lovely friends also the boss as we called him was amazing when we were going home I cried as it was a brilliant in manuela I would recommend truly a little gem you won't be disappointed believe us on last note thankyou Argie for a wonderful holiday not forgetting vacey too bar staff 😀
Our room was ground level just near restaurant cleaned everyday by our lovely cleaners so helpful

I had a wonderful stay and the staff made me feel like royalty. I got a good nights sleep, and enjoyed laying on the beach a lot. Lots of things to do in the area, the live entertainment was amazing.

İt's a really nice hotel. Beach is only a few metres far from the rooms. Relaxed and not so expensive. Not crowded, no traffic, no noise. Possibble to arrenge parties, also a nice place for beach weddings.

I love this very chill, cool, friendly, funky and beautiful spot in Bitez. Good Latin music, food, employees and prices. The hotel is 3 *** but for me 5 * because of the value.

Beautiful area so clean ! Hotel was fantastic. Thank you to argie who looked after us the whole time while we were there . Made us feel so safe from the moment we got there regarding covid ! Excellent hotel and staff are beautiful people !
