Maridin Hotel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Perfectly located and beautiful. On top of this, the staff was great; especially Cerif who has been extremely helpful (he is completely fluent in English and very resourceful).

Great location, very pleasant rooms and a fine view too. The staff were extremely helpful and looked after us really well. Highly recommended.

What an amazing hotel with an excellent setting overlooking the fertile crescent! It really transports you back to the romance of historical Mardin. Orhan who managed the front desk was an absolute pleasure, so accommodating to our needs. Also, their valet Sharif was extremely helpful. We stayed in a suite room with it's very own hammam which was a special experience. The location was ideal as it was walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the Maridin in September 2023 and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is very special, with its unique history and delightful architecture. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, including the excellent breakfast. But, most of all, we enjoyed the location and the incredible views. We recommend it highly as a boutique hotel that captures the wonders and hospitality of Mardin.

I stayed here 2 nights with my son. Great hotel, the rooms were nice and clean, simple good Turkish breakfast. We had amazing time in the (SIRA Gecesi), great food and music. Special thank you to Mesut, who helped us during the stay.

It would be wrong to say it’s one of the best hotels in Mardin because it’s not one of the best hotels , it’s THE BEST hotel in Mardin ….
Location and accessibility is very important for this magical old town and this hotel has everything in its favour ….
If someone wants to experience a luxurious, magical experience then this is the place to be….

Room was incredible.
The view of the Mesopotamian fields is out of this world, both from the room and from the rooftop restaurant.
The hotel has parking both in front of the hotel and in the back
The one in the back is a bit hard to access however the hotel valet was great to help with parking there
Also, parking is safe.
The internet was surprisingly good.
If you want to visit Mardin its definitely the best choice

I really enjoyed my stay in Maridin hotel! I arrived early in the morning and they kindly let me to check in so I didn't have to wait. Room is local styled, huge and clean, there was everything I needed. The territory of hotel is huge, it's ancient but very well kept and cared, you feel the breath of history in every corner.

The breakfast was awesome, with 3 type of olives! Food is very special here, it tastes like home made.

Huge thanks to the hotel stuff, they really made my stay pleasant. I will definitely come again :)

Hotel Maridin is a SUPERB boutique hotel!!! It is a historic building, great location, has a beautiful view overlooking on to Mesopotamian plain!
Rooms are nicely decorated, big and comfortable, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are clean, I like tile decorations.
The staff was great; receptionist Bunyamin, the Valet ( sorry I don’t remember his name), Savas bey… everybody was so kind and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, generously served lots of food…..
Congratulations to the management having such a great staff.
We enjoyed our stay at Maridin Hotel, our guests also loved the hotel. Next time when we come back we definitely will stay here.

The hotel was magical,the views were amazing,rooms are like travelling threw time but the best of all was service.Everyone was nice,polite and helpful,but the best worker from our experience is mr. Faruk.He was so helpful during our stay and organized everything for us,always with a smile on his face.Almost every night is music live,and the singers were amazing,only problem was that u need to order the menu that they prepared without other choice for food,and we didn’t really liked the spicy food,but the overall nights were really fun.10/10 and big smile for our friend Faruk.

Very nice hotel! it was clean and the service was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi doesn’t reach many of the rooms but there is access to it in the lounge, the food was great and left everyone feeling happy. The air conditioning was well needed after the heat and the place is full of history. It’s nearby just about anything you’d like to visit and even has it’s own car park! would come again, 10/10 service.

This is one of the finest and most hospitable hotels we have ever stayed. The attention to detail and beauty of this hotel is spectacular. We stayed 2 nights in July of 2021.
The views over the Mesopotamian plains and into Syria are stunning. The breakfast room is the best ever.
We got to sit with the owner of the hotel for over an hour an discuss a wide range ot topics. It was memorable.
We will return, inshallah.

Our stay at Maridin hotel was excellent experience. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Quiet, amazing breakfast, beautiful view and location, close by all sites, historic places and eating locations.
Staff are very friendly, especially Mr Sincaroglu.

The best service I ever met in Turkey is here! All the personnel was super polite, attentive to our needs and extremely helpful. The hotel building is historical and looks great, our rooms were nice too, the window view is amazing and the old town is around. As it is old, sometimes we had little problems, but the personnel was fixing everything immediately so we didn’t notice anything bad. And THE BREAKFAST… just the tastiest thing ever existing, I believe other hotels must get an example from Maridin Otel. Even after we left, the personnel is still great: I forgot my lamp, they found it and sent it to my my home address. Plus we loved the cookies at the breakfast so much, that we would love to order it regularly to our place, so the hotel provided us the contact details where we can order them. Thanks so much to Savaş bey for the high quality of work, we really appreciate it and definitely advise the hotel to everyone who visits Mardin. The best choice ever

We had a great stay in this historical hotel. View is amazing, rooms are comfy and breakfast is fulfilling. Great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it to fellow travelers!!!
