Saray Muhallebicisi - Teşvikiye

Nice location. They have a good variety of food. Try the Rice pudding and Iskender they are very delicious here. Average prices and the staff are helpful but need to work more about their staff.

Whenever I'm in Istanbul, I can't resist revisiting this charming old restaurant. With its timeless decor, authentic Turkish cuisine, and welcoming staff, it feels like a warm embrace. The stunning terrace is the icing on the cake, making each visit unforgettable.

Great service and good local food. If you want to taste local original food, this is the place, much better and cheaper than hotel breakfast.

Still a good spot for a quick bite. Good quality food fast service and reasonable prices. Update : Very nice breakfast and really friendly and helpful service. It's a pleasure to eat here. I can continue to recommend Saray.

Saray has an amazing back garden with lots of trees situated between the buildings.
We really Enjoyed their breakfast and service was good.
The only problem was lack of English spoken staff other than that it’s a nice place to have a quick coffee too😋

They have the best sütlaç I have ever had.

A bit slow but we didn’t mind the wait as long food was good. And it was. Service is chaotic (as in most places in turkey!), gave us an extra salad, we for course returned it. Kofte iskender, pide doner, corba, tea and airan was 80 liras. Good quality, tasty, large portions, and worth the money. Devoured it by the mosque next to the restaurant.

A lot of calories but well it worths it.. Had a nice kebab and great baklava.. Baklava (sobiyet) was extremely tasty 😋Black mulberry juice is worth a try..

The baklava slice with ice cream was noticeably fresh at 11pm. The pastry was not dry, the knife cut through like it was butter, and it was not stodgy or excessively sticky even though the syrup was soaked all the way through. Very impressive. Also a great Turkish tea: satisfyingly strong in taste but somehow not sour or bitter. Ambience was casual and pleasant, everyday families sitting alongside the Istanbul bourgeoisie’s draped in luxury brands, all enjoying and all treated fairly and equally by the decent staff.

Best coffee had dinner here on Thursday night that water Muhammed waa truly very nice with his customer service skills i will be back soon teşekkürler.

Go here and order the kunefe! It's a well known spot and you can sit indoors or outdoors and just order dessert/pastries if you like. The kunefe is a fried creation with ice cream on top and unbeatable.

One of the classics of Nişantaşı. Best desserts in Istanbul. One of the oldest brands. Especially worth to have milk desserts.

Had a fantastic Turkish Kahvalti for brunch at the back garden. It was just fantastic 👌👌🫶🫶

Looooooved the atmosphere here! Right in the middle of all the crowd and chaos you find this beaaaaautiful calm garden! Prices were reasonable we loved spending time here.

The best local food, clean, superb service! Fantastic local restaurant, we went there every night for tea and sweets, and one might for dinner! Highly recommended!!!
