What a really cool bar! They played a good variety of music. English music for a while, then some German, French, Afrobeats then it hit midnight and they played some awesome Turkish songs! Traditional with a club twist and then the usual pop. I really enjoyed it. They also had a buy one get one for the beers for an AMAZING price. It was huge, too! Lastly, for a moment, the music was too loud upstairs but they turned it down so we could actually talk hahah

My Favorite moments from visiting Istanbul was late nights when I walked pass Fred at nights. The vibe was just different, wonderful! Great music, people singing and dancing to it!
And when we went there one night, it was the best experience. Very good drinks for a reasonable price, again amazing music, and warm and welcoming staff, and probably the coolest security guy you'll ever know!
Can't wait to go back again!

Great bar - definitely recommend! Service and atmosphere was awesome. The dj played nice funky music and i shazamed many songs from their playlist. Food is classic pub food and it was tasty. Lots of beers and cocktails, which have nice discounts on some weekdays.

If possible, I’d give FRED a 6/5. We had an amazing time watching a soccer game and conversing with the staff. Staff was very friendly and the cocktails were fantastic. Excellent place to visit.

My favorite place in Asmalimescit!! Every time I come to Istanbul I definitely come here for a drink! I’d recommend you to try the cocktails! People are working here are extremely nice! Mulled wine is the best choice for cold weather!

Great bar in the middle of a very vibrant area. The drinks were spot on and the service was exceptional. We started each of our evenings here. Big recommendation!
