You should 100% stay at this hotel!

My fiancee and I stayed 1 week at this amazing hotel and were absolutely blown away by the staff, breakfast, and views at this location. We cannot wait to stay here again in the future. This hotel made our trip unforgettable.

Incredibly helpful family owned business thought about every details to ensure we had a perfect trip. I can personally guarantee we got more than our moneys worth staying here as the memories are priceless.

This is absolutely one of my most favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. Every single member of the staff was so nice and helpful and accommodating. And it’s in the best location ever! Perfect for watching the balloons and only a 10 minute walk from downtown. I originally found this place on Lonely Planet (it was the highest recommended and lonely planet never disappoints) but it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was also really yummy. And so many super cute friendly stray cats. Anytime I was on the balcony I had a friend in my lap:) the balcony in my pictures I posted in this review is the common area balcony (everyone was super friendly and took turns but getting up there at 5:30 will ensure you a good spot and also allow you to see the sunrise and balloons from start to finish). There is a super nice other balcony that is in a lot of pictures from Koza Cave but that one is only for the suite guests. Last thing - My friend fell sick on the day we were supposed to leave and the hotel staff was SO kind. They found a place for him to rest since our flight was late in the afternoon. 10/10 recommend

This place lives up to the reviews, it really is as beautiful as claimed. We stayed 2 nights in November in the queen room, which was brand new with a great air conditioner and of course the best view in Cappadocia for the balloons (highest, unobstructed). Everyone was so nice and extra accommodating, beyond even our expectations. You can only book the queen room through their own website, not Hotel websites. Expensive, but worth it if you want the best of the best! Thank you so much for a great experience with our limited time there. The kittens were also adorable.

Definitely the best place to watch the sunrise with the hot air balloons! Plenty of space on the balcony and gorgeous view.

Staff was very good. I'm not sure when the guy ever slept because he was always available morning day and night to greet us.

No issues parking

Only con is cave room = limited hot water (especially in morning everyone was trying to use shower) and no privacy for bathroom (there’s a thin curtain only). However I think this is probably common for all the cave hotels in the area.

Koza Cave is amazing!! Probably the best view in Göreme for the balloons. The rooftop is covered in stunning rugs and cushions. The staff are all so welcoming and kind and the hotel cats are beyond cute! There were even a few sets of kittens while we visited. The breakfast is also phenomenal with tons of options. The rooms are very beautiful, clean, and cozy. It also never felt crowded or busy and had plenty of space for everyone to watch the balloons in the morning. Definitely stay here when visiting Cappadocia.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. Up the hill away from the touristy spots so very relaxed and sophisticated vibe. Sam and his incredible family were so hospitable, always willing to help with anything and genuinely so friendly. The cave rooms were spectactular and so unique also. I recently stayed at Koza Cave Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was very accommodating and offered us early check-in and an upgrade on the room when they found out it was our honeymoon. The hotel offers individual rooms with private bathrooms that are extremely clean and come with necessities such as soap, shampoo, and towels. I loved that they provided a breakfast buffet between 8:30 am to 10:30 am, and the food was amazing! Some foods available were: dried fruit, yogurt, jam/honey, pizza, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, fried cheese egg roll looking snack, cookies, apple/banana/watermelon, plenty of assorted breads and condiments, and dessert (I got chocolate and banana mousse cake). The room was spacious and had air conditioning, and they even offered two bottles of water for free. I also appreciated that they provided a mini-fridge in the room stocked with drinks and some snacks for purchase. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the city center, and parking could be scarce at times. However, plenty of coffee and tea are offered, and the terrace was roomy and shared with four other people when we were there. There was plenty of room and time to take photos. I would highly recommend others to stay here and would come back again.

The BEST rooftop in all of Cappadocia! Sam and Amy and their family were wonderful offering their knowledge around the area. One of my favourite was the breakfast and we were lucky enough to stay in their new Queen room with a bathtub view! I highly recommend renting a car during your stay, it makes getting around very easy. We can't wait to return.

Koza Cave Hotel provided my family and I an absolutely amazing experience for our time in Cappadocia. Ozgur checked us in at the reception desk and provided us with so much hospitality and kindness upon
arrival. He was always there when we needed him and planned a custom full day tour, perfect for our family. Our tour guide, Elif, was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable and above all, made us feel like family. Breakfast at Koza is delicious and offers a classic Turkish spread. The views from the terrace are perfect for viewing the hot air balloons. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

I could not express enough of how amazing the staffs at the hotel are. There are some gaps in English but once they understand they will try their best to service and help you. The room is also lovely. Breakfast was also nice.
I also did a private tour and Ozgur was a really amazing tour guide. I learned so much about Turkish history and Cappadocia
When I left, I forgot my iPhone in the car that dropped me off and the everyone was helping me to bring it to me while I waited at the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don’t look any further, stay here! It will be your home away from home with the added luxuries of a hotel. We felt like one of the family. G and his family were super friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us with restaurant recommendations: bookings and things to do. We booked with their uncle pick up and drop off to the airport and also the red tour. He was fantastic!

Home cooked breakfast by their mum was so delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location and because there are only 10 rooms the roof top is quieter than the bigger hotels.

This was a dream come true 🤩. G and his family were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a cave hotel, it is gorgeous and the rooms are cozy and clean and have everything you need. So romantic and beautiful! Highest terrace to view the hot air balloons at sunrise. You can have drinks and smoke hookah and relax. Very cool lounge vibe and short walk down to the main strip. G and his family will do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Stay here! You won’t regret it. The view is priceless!!!!

Overall amazing experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They offered us a private taxi service from the airport and when you fly back as well. You need to pay extra for that. The breakfast is really good. You got to choose from so many deliciousness prepared by one sweet lady. You get also an amazing breakfast view. If you decide to stay here choose one if the bigger suits - like the deluxe one. It is spacious and with good air conditioning. Best part of all was waking up at 05:30 to spectacular hot air ballon scenery at the rooftop terrace. It is so worth it. G was there in the morning and was really kind to take pictures of us and his guests. Also we experience an engagement proposal that morning so it was super exciting experience. Our first real cave room experience!!! The room is spacious and clean. So comfortable bed. The washroom is also sooo big. They served good breakfast.

You can walk from and to the center but not advisable when carrying luggage as the hotel is on top of a hill.

The rooftop setup is my favorite. They have the highest rooftop in the area and it isnt crowded at all as only hotel guests are allowed in the property. Had a chance to get as much photos as possible with the balloons, caves and valleys views. The rooftop view is really amazing, it is so magical seeing the balloons flying up while watching sunrise. The only reason I booked a night with them is for the sunrise and it exceeded my expectations.

G and Yaren (not sure if its correct) in the reception are super cool and both charming. They always look so happy, smiling and speaking to you with super high energy!!! Loved the vibes!

One of the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The moment we arrived we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. We felt so happy at this hotel! We chose to stay at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made. The rooftop is incredible at all times of the day but especially to watch the balloons in the morning! The breakfast is freshly made in the morning, with lots of variety, all local food and its incredible! The rooms are an absolute treat if your looking to stay in a traditional cave hotel with that touch of luxury then this hotel is for you! It is cozy, spacious and beautiful. It also quiet, comfortable and very clean! The staff organised a sunset horse riding tour which was amazing! There is parking easily outside the hotel. The location is walking distance to the main town area but far enough away to been quiet at night. Its a family run hotel which is just so lovely and you can feel the love they have for they hotel. They are so kind that once we checked out of our room we had a photoshoot where we got very dusty and they allowed us access to their private shower to freshen up before leaving. We only stayed for one night but the experience was amazing. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. He treats us like family! Always making sure we have everything we need. Felt like we were at home. Our room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was so fresh and delish! The rooftop view of the balloons in the morning was breathtaking!! This place is a must to stay in kapadokya!

Absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and had the best time. We loved the rooftop terrace for sunrise hot air balloon watching, and the bar served up delicious drinks in the evening, as well. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
